This was totally different than any previous purchase experience! Deborah, our sales rep was pleasant and very knowledgable and that made us very relaxed and confident throughout the purchase process. All of the staff that were involved with our deal were friendly, professional and reassuring and willing to take what ever time required to make sure that all of my questions were answered and we were comfortable with the deal that we were making.
