It has been a few weeks since I purchased my new Cherokee from MacIver Dodge. I had to purchase a new vehicle because my previous one had been in an accident and had been written off. I had great concerns and wanted to ensure that my family would be safe behind the wheel. I was uncertain as to which vehicle might replace the vehicle I did have prior to this. I wanted to make sure that once my kids were comfortable behind the wheel again that they were driving something that would provide them the features that would give them the safety and security we required. Karen greeted me, listened to the circumstances that surrounded my needs and then gave me the options necessary to make a decision that allowed for my family to benefit from the safety the new car had to provide. I was able to work with her to make the payments affordable and our new car was delivered right upon the time that our insurance rental vehicle was to be given back. I had been to other dealerships that were pressuring me into making decisions quickly. I appreciated that I was given the time to think about my choices and was not pushed into a deal at the minute I sat down at her desk. Karen listened, provided me the options and in the long run showed me that it isn't always about getting the quick deal that makes the difference. I know that she is in the business of selling cars, but she certainly takes the interest of the customer into account. It is not about making the immediate sale but it is about making certain that you are comfortable with your choice with respect to payment and that you have all the information to make a knowledgeable decision. It was very refreshing to have someone concerned about US and not herself and the bottom line. I would certainly hope that other customers can benefit from her knowledge and the simplicity of her delivery. She is open, honest and friendly and because of that I will recommend her to anyone that is looking to purchase another vehicle. More

When we arrived at the lot and got out of the car Mike came out to greet us. He introduced himself and asked if he could help us with finding a vehicle. When we found the one we thought was the best fit , he proceded to show us the car from front to back and explain the variious options. We took it for a test drive and when we returned we had many questions that Mike answered. We went into the office and he walked us through the car proof summary. We talked about thee price and the extra items needed ( 2nd key , roof racks , floor mats ) and he showed us the expected mileage. We than closed the deal. All in All a very smooth business dealing and the stress level was kept to a minimum and we attribute that to Mike. More

Just bought our fifth vehicle from Garry Macintaggart. As in past years we enjoyed working with him to get the car we wanted. Not only does he know his product well, but more importantly he takes careful not in past years we enjoyed working with him to get the car we wanted. Not only does he know his product well, but more importantly he takes careful note as to what you want. As a result he guided us to a Jeep Grand Cherokee model that actually had more of the features we wanted than the model we first had in mind. As far as the price goes, we were very satisfied especially since we worked out a fair deal without the game-playing that I've encountered elsewhere. Of course the whole transaction was made more pleasant because Garry manages to be both professional and engaging at the same time. Not only does he pass on stories from his long career, but he is interested in your story, too. And he does this while ensuring that no one's time is wasted. Look forward to our next transaction with "GarryMac" in a few years time. More

My wife and I went to see what options we had when it came time to switch cars. We had an idea of what we wanted but found out quickly that what we thought we knew was only in part. Felix was kind enough to walk us through his experiences with the Grand Caravan and what his past customers had wish they had, didn't want, and options available to us. He worked well within our budget and never pushed us to go beyond our means. The service and friendliness was fantastic! I will definately be recommending these people to my friends in the future. Keep up the good work, this is the first dealership that I have walked away from and not felt that I have been scammed. More

We brought in our Dodge Caravan for service. We got an Oil Change and Tire rotation - Pretty straight forward - that park was OK. We also asked them to check out one of the FOB's that wasn't working and hasn't since the day we purchased the vehicle. They suggested we replace the battery (which we had done already a couple times) and then they deemed the FOB defective and they quoted $250 to replace it! ($250 for what amounts to be a transmitter equivalent to a garage door opener is outrageous!) On a prior visit, my wife mentioned the issue with the FOB and they stated as long as we brought it in before the extended warranty period was up, it would be covered. Well at this visit they decided to renege on that information stating that the person who told her that was incorrect, that the FOB wasn't covered under warranty and they wouldn't honor what their staff had told my wife. We spoke to the service manager who basically told me there was nothing they could do. He made no effort to investigate or offer any alternatives whatsoever. Basically the attitude was take it or leave it... The whole interaction brought my wife to tears. This is definitely one of the poorest examples of customer service I have seen in a long time. Going to take this up with Dodge Corporate as this type of service is NOT acceptable. More

Karen and Joe were absolutely fantastic! We explained our situation to them and they helped us immensely. We provided Karen with a budget of what we would like the total price to be as well as our monthly pa situation to them and they helped us immensely. She showed us a vehicle and we instantly fell in love with it. It was obvious that Karen listened to what our requests were and didn't try and push us towards a deal we weren't comfortable with. When it came to the purchasing of the vehicle it was a surprise for my soon to be husband. Karen and joe worked with me on making the vehicle a surprise and went above and beyond. I presented them with the idea of having balloons on the vehicle on the day of pick up. They went above that. The vehicle was clean, had balloons on it, the personalized licence plates that I had provided and a sold sign in the front window. The surprise went off perfectly! They also had all the shop work done and had all of my requests completed. I would recommend Karen to any person looking to purchase a vehicle as I felt that she truely had our best interests at heart, and listened to what we were saying. I have dealt with quite a few car sales persons and by far Karen was the best I have ever done business with. I HIGHLY recommend Karen to anyone! Thank you for going above and beyond Karen and Joe! I have rated all the above experience, etc at 5 stars because the minute we walked through the doors at the dealership we were treated with friendly service, felt very comfortable and not pressured and w because the minute we walked through the doors at the dealership we were treated with friendly service, felt very comfortable and not pressured and were given all the information we asked for not to mention a GREAT price on a 2014 Ram 1500. Our great experience did not end there. We scheduled to pick up our truck and when we arrived at the dealership our truck was gleaming clean and running to get warmed up. Dale then took us through all the features on the truck so we were comfortable leaving knowing we had all the information we needed. We have shopped around for months and looked at GMC, Chevrolet and Ford, the team at MacIver Dodge was hands down the most accommodating and friendly we dealt with (we are a younger couple and were treated like we could not afford a new truck at these dealerships) I will recommend anyone I know who is in the market for a car or truck to check this dealership out. 5 Stars!!
