Warranty Repair Purchased 2014 Jeep Cherokee it was having drivetrain issues at 345 KM. I booked an appointment with service and took it in, the appointment was for 1 Purchased 2014 Jeep Cherokee it was having drivetrain issues at 345 KM. I booked an appointment with service and took it in, the appointment was for 1:00 pm. it took them 2 hours to diagnose the problem by the time i was out with a rental it was 5 PM. I picked up my car today (after 7 days) its making the same noise again, the interior was dirty the passenger seats and door panels were extremely dirty. The car was driven 50 KM I mean I drove it 5 KM to my house to know that the problem still exists and they drove it 50 and still could not realize the car was not fixed. This is not what I expect from a dealership I mean this is a $42000 car that has been in the shop more then in my garage. Very disappointed. More

my purchase experience of a 2013 Hyundai Veloster I purchased a used 2013 Hyundai Veloster from MacIver Dodge....my initial interaction was through autotrader and then a phonecall when Jim Hillock too I purchased a used 2013 Hyundai Veloster from MacIver Dodge....my initial interaction was through autotrader and then a phonecall when Jim Hillock took my call...I was driving from a fair distance to see the car and Jim informed me he would make it worth the drive...Jim was very friendly and experienced at the whole car sales process...I'm very happy with how the procedure went considering I live 90 min away....It was worth the drive to MacIver....hmmm..a good motto? My recent experience was excellent, as were my previous purchases. During this most recent visit Karen Kozie was my sales consultant. She was very informative and took the time to explain things. Her knowledge of the vehicle, which I eventually purchased, was excellent. She demonstrated excellent customer service and was interested in all my questions and took the time to provide me the necessary information. During my research for this latest purchase I visited another Jeep/Dodge dealer in York Region. The customer service was poor and the sales person did not seem interested in my inquires and questions; it was like I was bothering him; Karen was the opposite. In dealing with Karen, I also had the opportunity to deal with Jim Mallinos, the Sales Manager. Jim, like Karen, demonstrated excellent customer service and clearly explained all my purchase options, both the pros and the cons to any next steps I was considering in my purchase. After dealing with Karen and Jim over the period of a week, I purchased a brand new Jeep Cherokee. Karen is a great example of how sales personnel should conduct themselves; she has a great disposition and is clearly knowledgable about her responsibilities. The same can be said for Jim; excellent to deal with. Both Jim and Karen also showed compassion and stepping away from the sales for a moment and we talked about our families; the personal touch is appreciated. I have no hesitation recommending anyone to visit and see Karen if you are considering a vehicle purchase. I am confident you will not be disappointed. More
