Karen and Joe were absolutely fantastic! We explained our situation to them and they helped us immensely. We provided Karen with a budget of what we would like the total price to be as well as our monthly pa situation to them and they helped us immensely. She showed us a vehicle and we instantly fell in love with it. It was obvious that Karen listened to what our requests were and didn't try and push us towards a deal we weren't comfortable with. When it came to the purchasing of the vehicle it was a surprise for my soon to be husband. Karen and joe worked with me on making the vehicle a surprise and went above and beyond. I presented them with the idea of having balloons on the vehicle on the day of pick up. They went above that. The vehicle was clean, had balloons on it, the personalized licence plates that I had provided and a sold sign in the front window. The surprise went off perfectly! They also had all the shop work done and had all of my requests completed. I would recommend Karen to any person looking to purchase a vehicle as I felt that she truely had our best interests at heart, and listened to what we were saying. I have dealt with quite a few car sales persons and by far Karen was the best I have ever done business with. I HIGHLY recommend Karen to anyone! Thank you for going above and beyond Karen and Joe! I have rated all the above experience, etc at 5 stars because the minute we walked through the doors at the dealership we were treated with friendly service, felt very comfortable and not pressured and w because the minute we walked through the doors at the dealership we were treated with friendly service, felt very comfortable and not pressured and were given all the information we asked for not to mention a GREAT price on a 2014 Ram 1500. Our great experience did not end there. We scheduled to pick up our truck and when we arrived at the dealership our truck was gleaming clean and running to get warmed up. Dale then took us through all the features on the truck so we were comfortable leaving knowing we had all the information we needed. We have shopped around for months and looked at GMC, Chevrolet and Ford, the team at MacIver Dodge was hands down the most accommodating and friendly we dealt with (we are a younger couple and were treated like we could not afford a new truck at these dealerships) I will recommend anyone I know who is in the market for a car or truck to check this dealership out. 5 Stars!!
