We recently purchased a new 2015 Jeep Cherokee and dealt mostly with Jim Hillock. Jim was very accommodating and helpful and the experience went fairly smoothly. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from MacIver in 4 years and we have always loved this dealership. The only issue I would complain about is was with Mr. Joe Ingoglia. I found him to have a very rude demeanour, his Customer Service is severly lacking and he was very unprofessional within a business atmosphere, cursing loudly in his office enabling anyone within a 50 ft radius to hear him. My 10 and 14 year old kids were with us during the purchase while he was behaving like that ... need I say more. He didn't even seem apologetic when my husband stepped into his office to let him know there were youth just outside his office that could hear his vulgar language. When the paperwork was completed and Mr. Ingoglia had to sign the paperwork, again, his comments and demeanour were very rude and unwelcoming. I would have expected the General Manager of a dealership to perhaps turn to be friendly to the customers and perhaps even say something like Congratulations on your new car, not behave the way he did and just walk away making us feel like we were dirt under his shoes. If we had not already put down the deposit and done all the work with Jim, I don't think we would have made that purchase from MacIver. We have been loyal MacIver Dodge customers, however, when we are ready to make our next purchase in the next year or two, if there will be any involvement by Mr. Ingolgia, we will not be with MacIver. He is an absolutely horrible representation of Management and is the only part of the experience that has left a sour taste in my mouth ... and it is very sour. Sorry. More

Never.Again!!!!!! With my experience at MacIver Dodge dealership in Newmarket, I highly recommend you DO NOT take your vehicle there for service. We have taken our $60,000 brand new truck there 18 times in the past year and a half for warranty service. Most of the multiple service trips was due to the not very qualified service technicians not fixing it correctly the first time. Service Manager, Kevin is very condescending toward female customers.
