I'm very satisfied with my new vehicle. One area of improvement could be closer attention to contract details, as I had to resign paperwork five times before they were satisfied that it had been done correctly. One other area is after sales attention. I've found that once you've left with your new car they really don't like to hear back from you regarding small omissions or questions. A better method may be an after sales follow up call a couple of days after delivery to deal with any customer questions or concerns. More

Bought a used 2013 ford f150 from MacIver First things first, Peter (the salesman) was one of the most professional and respectful salesmen I've ever dealt with. The truck was already super clean when I test drove it and even better the day I picked it up! MacIver threw a tonneau cover in the deal and it was installed so perfect (even gave me the upgraded version). The gas was a little low and I mentioned this to Peter so he got a guy to run it over to the local gas station and put some more gas in for me. Overall a great buying experience, Peter worked really hard for me and I'm very grateful. I highly recommend this dealership. Stock was great and service was even better! Ps. the first day me and the girlfriend went in Peter was with us for awhile and we mentioned we were getting a little hunger (around lunch time). So Peter went to John MacIver and told him to go grab some of the pizza that was for the staff for us! Real stand-up guy More

Poor overall dealer ship We spoke with Felix Novoselov. He had poor salesmanship interpersonal skills. He wanted to negotiate price (not budget) before we even saw a vehicle. The first Jeep we saw would not start, the second did not function properly as the start/stop feature when waiting at a light did not function. The dealership outward appearance was messy, the inside was ok. It felt like we were in a used car dealership. Felix should go to Honda Roadsport at 940 Ellesmere Rd and speak with Owen the sales person (we bought our vehicle from him.) to see how Felix can improve his interpersonal skills. Owen was friendly, listened well and tried his best to make us feel like he wanted to help us. More
