NewRoads Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC

In September 2013 I started my hunt for a new vehicle and seriously looking at the Ford Edge. However, I happen to hear about the Chevrolet Impala (black LTZ) demonstrator that was on the showroom floor at N seriously looking at the Ford Edge. However, I happen to hear about the Chevrolet Impala (black LTZ) demonstrator that was on the showroom floor at New Roads and called New Roads to find out what the selling price was and this is where I met Alex Schaffernicht and a new relationship was born and an immediate appointment was made with Alex. n meeting Alex I knew right away that he was the person to deal with for a new car as I wasn't ready to purchase the demonstrator but nevertheless serious about purchasing a new Impala LTZ. Alex was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the Impala and the other GM models. I found him to be very honest and straight forward and dealing with me a person who can be pretty negative and obstinate. He maintained his composure and displayed his great sense of humour. Finally, we decided to purchase the car and I can't tell you how much I appreciated the manner in which Alex delivered the car to me. He literally walked me though all the features explaining everything in detail and with a great smile and since taking delivery Alex has kept in touch making us feel like we weren't just another sale. He is without a doubt a credit to your organization and I would not hesitate in recommending Alex or New Roads to my friends, relatives and associates. On another note, I would also like to extend my great appreciation to Marilyn Pearn who handled the financial side of the purchase in a super professional way and made me feel very comfortable while explaining the process and other options such as extended warranty, undercoating etc. She is one of the best financial persons I have had the opportunity to deal with and credit to your company. I got a brand new cadillac ats from Alex. It is awesome how he delivers your car to you and dose all the paperwork right in your own home. Back in September I was in the market for a new high end vehicle. I had been to many dealerships before I went to NewRoads. My experience with these other dealerships was not very encouraging and the sale vehicle. I had been to many dealerships before I went to NewRoads. I went to NewRoads and while looking at the vehicles on the lot I was appraoched by a very young enthuastic sales person. He was full of energy and made you feel you should buy from him. I originally called New Roads because my car was in rough shape seeing as it was a 95 and was looking at financing a new vehicle. Upon calling I was linked over to Tony who was an amazing help! He suggested that I come in and take a car for a test drive. The next day I went in and talked to Tony who was the absolutely nicest sales associate I have ever talked to!! He had a car ready for me upon arrival and we went for a test drive. When we returned to New Roads, we went to start talking numbers. I told him I need it as cheep as possible with the features I preferred due to the fact I am a college student. Tony then suggested that it will be a lot cheeper for me to lease instead of finance, plus I get a new car in 3 years again now! Tony did everything he could for me in price and made an amazing experience for my first car purchase! The whole staff in general are amazing people at New Roads. I will now be a lifetime customer to New Roads and with Tony. I would suggest New Roads in Newmarket, and Tony Ladas to everyone who is looking at purchasing a car! More
