From the day I walked in, minutes I met Ray I knew he would help me find the perfect car. But not any car, the car I had in mind and loved. I would like to send my review of the excellent service at Newroads. It is great when a service center takes all the worry of getting you're car back on the road in a timely manner. It all started when I brought my Buick Allure in for service at New Roads, and was impressed by their friendly and prompt service! I brought my car back several times after that. The last time we brought our car in for service just before the new year, unfortunately it needed too much in repairs, being a nine year old vehicle, so decided then that we should start to look at a new vehicle. We were introduced to Jeff Card. Mike and I were very specific to Jeff about what we wanted, an SUV, 6 cyl, new or not older than 2 years....and cheap! We took a Denali and a GMC Sierra out for a test drive, but were still undecided. Jeff was very patient, friendly and helpful to us, and we left leaving it in his capable hands to see if he could come up with something! I called Jeff back on the 30th of December, and he had spent the day seeing what he could come up with, gave me a few options and that was the end of the conversation. Saturday, Jan 4th, 2014 Mike and I went back to New Roads determined to find something in a vehicle. We were then introduced to David, another manager of new car sales, and after 2 tests drives with a new 2014 GMC Terrain and an Equinox David convinced us that the 2014 Terrain 4 cyl 2.6 engine was the way to go! We bought the one in the showroom at the time! No haggling over price, just good business interaction between David, myself and my husband, Mike. We were then introduced to Mary-Anne, the financial person, who proceeded swiftly and efficiently with the paperwork to make the deal complete! Our Terrain would be available for pick up on Monday! Monday evening we went in to pick up our vehicle and were introduced to Alex who then went over the vehicle with us, showed me how to use all the high tech stuff in it, (haha) , and he set up my phone through Blue Tooth! Alex is a very friendly, efficient young man who knew all the savvy techy stuff! Thanks Alex Deal done.....on our way! I was in the new roads dealership towards the end of July. I was just looking to see the prices of the Chevy trucks without buying as I was a Ford truck owner. After pulling in with my dirty work truck and dressed in my work clothes I began browsing the trucks. Not too long after arriving Alex (the salesman) greeted me and we started the process of looking at a truck and going for a test drive. I was so impressed by Alex, that I decided to buy a Chevy truck. I would have to say that Alex is the main reason I decided tobuy a truck from this dealership, I would also not hesitate to go back when \I need another truck. The negotiating with Alex was easy without a lot of back and forth between the manager. We settled on a price pretty quickly and the truck was ready within a week. I would recommend this dealership and Alex to anyone who is looking t buy a Chevy. More
