When my friend Greg pointed out the amazing 0.9% lease rate on the 2016 Cadillac SRX I had to jump on it. Alex was very professional and was able to locate the vehicle with the exact specifications I required and within days I was driving off in my awesome new SRX premium. As always Greg didn't steer me wrong and am loving the vehicle. A big thank you to Ray for being patient in setting the vehicle up for me. Bitter Sweet My wife and i were looking into trading in our Chrysler Town and Country and brought it in to be appraised and were not to happy with the trade value My wife and i were looking into trading in our Chrysler Town and Country and brought it in to be appraised and were not to happy with the trade value which made this a not so positive experience as a result. I emailed the management team at Newroads Newmarket and was contacted same day and received a call the following. I had expressed my concerns and Nick Durani had handled my concerns with empathy and went above and beyond to keep our business. We returned a day later and worked out a deal that we are more then happy with. The way everything was already prepared for our return was very impressive and made it a very simple process to purchase a vehicle. It is 100% because of Jennifer Newlove that we walked into your dealership. The service and treatment we received after our purchase is what makes the difference. My husband and I buy 2 vehicles almost every 4 years because we commute. So many times before sales reps, talk the talk but when the sale is done..basically so is your relationship. With Jennifer, that's not the case. You need her..pick up the phone and she is there. Having her on your team is definitely an asset. More
