The salesman were crass, making loud and inappropriate jokes/comments intentionally to be heard by myself. The lack of professionalism was unsubtle. After purchasing, my car salesman sent "welcoming me to the family" text. Innocent. Then came the unsolicited messages of 1.) asking me out and 2.) (a month later) inviting me to a sales managers party. Both declined- what a line to cross with a customer. I did not receive my paperwork for some time, with the then finance manager avoiding my calls/not returning my messages.After numerous attempts to get a physical copy of my paperwork, I received a cryptic phone call from an Alberta number stating they were with Nanaimo Mitsubishi, and wanted to know my interest rate.They were rude and hung up on me when I wouldn't relay. After this, I went into the dealership. The new finance manager Devon was incredibly helpful and concerned, getting my paperwork within the day (this had taken 6 months unsuccessfully?) I reviewed what I had signed...but this time with a clear head free from the uncomfortable feeling I felt during the purchase of my vehicle. This was a scam deal, and it was signed under duress. I sought legal advice and then contacted the Dealer Principal. He met with me and was *seemingly* receptive.I expressed my lack of trust for the way they run their business. For the ill use of my phone number, he stated it would be dealt with but not before saying he wasn't sure if maybe I had made it seem ok to text me these things? My contract worksheet was apparently held at Nissan so he said he would review and follow up with me within the week. This never happened. I have reached out numerous times, each time being ignored. It has been 3 months now with no reply. The disrespect and dishonesty from this dealership is horrendous. I love my Mitsubishi...but never buy here. More
Most unprofessional dealership yet. Where do I even start. All the men that work there are absolute pigs who will scam you any way they can, I had one guy message me (who wasn’t even my salesmen) after I had left the dealership not sure how he obtained my number from the paperwork which was supposed to be “confidential”. Continued messaging me and after no reply, found me on facebook and started harassing me there as well. I felt very uncomfortable and I never want to go back there for servicing because I don't want to go through that again. Now I’m dealing with a warranty they sold me and told me false information about and have no accountability or recollection of it. I would highly recommend AVOIDING this dealership at all costs and go somewhere else where there actually PROFESSIONAL. Do NOT give these xxxx bags your business especially if your a young woman!! Even the woman who bought my trade in reached out to me explaining she had a similar experience and also doesn’t feel comfortable going back there. So good job Nanaimo Mitsubishi! Im selling my car through another dealership who actually puts there customers first!! Extremely disappointing I gave these guys the time of day. More

I don't smoke so I guess it was rude of me to think they should come to me instead of me going to the smoking area. Lazy and just bright enough to quote the brochures and open car doors to blare music from the car. Okay the radio is decent... just like most other cars. Seriously, these guys are not any better than the person working retail at Walmart. I took one more look around and left. I remembered the time before when I was looking for a car for my wife, then they were pushy! I have no problem with Misubitchy, I'd just buy one from somewhere else. More

When I went to drop off my car at the service department, I was waiting for 30 minutes just to get a loaner car, all cause my car dealer had stepped out even though he had seen me and I had spoken to him before he left. Horrible and frustrating. Would not recommend unless you have tons of Advil for that future headache More

While I am satisfied with the sales and service so far, I was disappointed the RVR did not come with keyless ignition as this is a common feature and one I have been used to for the past 10 years. Still, the RVR has other great features and is definitely better on fuel than my last SUV. One note on the paddle shifters as this may be an odd addition for some drivers, I like that it allows me to manually slow on long down-hills instead of riding the brakes. Since the transmission is constantly variable the "gears" are arbitrary programed ratios that give the feel of engine braking without the wear and tear. Great warranty and happy with my trade-in allowance. Gave 4 stars due to the lack of keyless ignition and a bit of hassle online when I tried to get a quote from the dealership on my old car (they insisted I bring it in for inspection first , so why offer online quotes in the first place?). More

He said he’d call me back after I gave him some info on what I wanted. However, he never did. I had to contact him. He then requested, by text, some specifics on the car and some personal in. I requested he call from a business phone to get the remaining info. He never did. I texted him saying this seems like a scam. He responded he’d get the owner to call me. Well needless to say this never happened. Hmmm. Seems like a scam or just crappy salesmen. Wouldn’t recommend Kam ever or this dealership. Lost a customer. More

Should I want to exchange cars in the future I am and will continue to be loyal to Mitsubishi as I know I have been taken care of and that staff have gone above and beyond.
