Completely sleazy outfit. Really disappointing. They pretend they're giving you a discount when they're not, and will sneak a higher interest rate past you when it comes time to sign. Super slimy. In the year since I purchased my 2019 Outlander GT, i have been treated well, from DJ and Dez who answered all my questions, to Hermon the legend himself, who cut me the deal I wanted for me to fall in my budget, plus he hooked me up with the whip he had alot of extras put on like 3M wrap, Thule rack, emblems, floor mats, ECT.. the wizard Liam, thank you for getting me a great interest rate for the financing, and big thanks to Victor the OG double OG, triple OG in the service department whos been there a decade! Thank you for the great service and the honesty , all the service guys are top guns, they don't try to sell you the winter air, or headlight oil flush, muffler flush, or wallet flush. I recommend them, but do your homework on what you want, and can afford, then you will have a good negotiation and lifelong dealership with staff that know your name, can't beat that! More

Shaddy salesman...lie cheat and steal. Dont buy a car from these guys. I agreed to a fair price but my copy of the paperwork doesnt reflect that price. Avoid this awful predatory dealership DO NOT BUY HERE. Nanaimo Mitsubishi tarnished any chance of a pleasant buying experience. The salesman were crass, making loud and inappropriate jokes/comments intentionally to be heard by myself. The lack of professionalism was unsubtle. After purchasing, my car salesman sent "welcoming me to the family" text. Innocent. Then came the unsolicited messages of 1.) asking me out and 2.) (a month later) inviting me to a sales managers party. Both declined- what a line to cross with a customer. I did not receive my paperwork for some time, with the then finance manager avoiding my calls/not returning my messages.After numerous attempts to get a physical copy of my paperwork, I received a cryptic phone call from an Alberta number stating they were with Nanaimo Mitsubishi, and wanted to know my interest rate.They were rude and hung up on me when I wouldn't relay. After this, I went into the dealership. The new finance manager Devon was incredibly helpful and concerned, getting my paperwork within the day (this had taken 6 months unsuccessfully?) I reviewed what I had signed...but this time with a clear head free from the uncomfortable feeling I felt during the purchase of my vehicle. This was a scam deal, and it was signed under duress. I sought legal advice and then contacted the Dealer Principal. He met with me and was *seemingly* receptive.I expressed my lack of trust for the way they run their business. For the ill use of my phone number, he stated it would be dealt with but not before saying he wasn't sure if maybe I had made it seem ok to text me these things? My contract worksheet was apparently held at Nissan so he said he would review and follow up with me within the week. This never happened. I have reached out numerous times, each time being ignored. It has been 3 months now with no reply. The disrespect and dishonesty from this dealership is horrendous. I love my Mitsubishi...but never buy here. More

WILL SCREW YOU GOOD No stars would be better. Got a call from them when I applied for a car and the guy was overly pushie and messaging me or calling every chance he got, No stars would be better. After I said see what I can get as like a preapproval he hammered my credit hard with 5 different financial companys within 5 days, its royally screwed my credit just cuz they wanna try n screw you out of more money. I will never suggest Nanaimo Mitsubishi to anyone and I will make sure to tell anyone I know lookin for a car to avoid it at all costs More

I had an AWFUL experience at this dealership, being a younger woman walking into the dealership right away I felt uncomfortable Where do I even start. All the men that work there are absolute pigs who will scam you any way they can, I had one guy message me (who wasn’t even my salesmen) after I had left the dealership not sure how he obtained my number from the paperwork which was supposed to be “confidential”. Continued messaging me and after no reply, found me on facebook and started harassing me there as well. I felt very uncomfortable and I never want to go back there for servicing because I don't want to go through that again. Now I’m dealing with a warranty they sold me and told me false information about and have no accountability or recollection of it. I would highly recommend AVOIDING this dealership at all costs and go somewhere else where there actually PROFESSIONAL. Do NOT give these xxxx bags your business especially if your a young woman!! Even the woman who bought my trade in reached out to me explaining she had a similar experience and also doesn’t feel comfortable going back there. So good job Nanaimo Mitsubishi! Im selling my car through another dealership who actually puts there customers first!! Extremely disappointing I gave these guys the time of day. More
