We purchased another VW from MYERS in Kanata and once again dealt with Tori McKendry who was as professional and knowledgeable as she was on our previous purchase. She worked very hard to get us the deal again dealt with Tori McKendry who was as professional and knowledgeable as she was on our previous purchase. She worked very hard to get us the deal we wanted and we did throw her a couple of curve xxxxx. She was with us all the way from the time we entered the showroom to the delivery of the vehicle. Chady Ghosn was courteous and professional in the final steps of the purchase. A pleasure dealing with him. Thanks MYERS for another smooth purchase. More

We recently purchased a 23 TIGUAN with the help of Tori who was outstanding throughout the process. It's refreshing to find a sales associate who knows the product. We had to take it on a fairly long trip who was outstanding throughout the process. It's refreshing to find a sales associate who knows the product. We had to take it on a fairly long trip shortly after purchase. What a wonderful car. If the service department is equal to sales, we look forward to having our car looked after at MYERS Kanata VW. I'm disappointed with the car that I purchased, and also that info. regarding certain key features, such as the ability to de-activate the automatic door locks, was not made known to me, despite me having a that info. regarding certain key features, such as the ability to de-activate the automatic door locks, was not made known to me, despite me having asked about it several times. I never received a straight answer, but what I did receive were questions as to why I thought it was important, and flippant replies telling me that no one else had ever asked for that feature, almost as if it was in an effort to suggest to me that I was unreasonable for so much as even asking about it. VW has eliminated certain very basic features on base models that current VW owners would reasonably expect to be present on base models when buying a new car. This was not the case on my much better equipped, entry-level model 2017 VW trade-in. I've owned a few VWs over the years, and bought this latest one on good faith, expecting that it was not so minimally equipped. In retrospect, I should have made de-activation of the automatic door locks a condition of the sale, but seeing as that feature was easily accessible through the in-car menu on my 2017, it wasn't unreasonable to expect the same in this vehicle, or to at least be able to have a Tech. de-activate them, but apparently, even to be able to do that is not possible, at least not without voiding the warranty. EDIT: After much discussion with the General Manager, as to what solutions there are to deactivating the automatic door locking, he has informed me that, despite his best efforts in trying to find a solution, it is not possible. However, he has assured me, in writing, that their Dealership will warranty the lock mechanisms for as long as I own the vehicle, over and above the warranty. Although this is not the outcome I was hoping for, it is at least a compromise that is acceptable. More

If I could give it a zero rating, I would. No one knows what is going on, they call the wrong contact number, and can’t organize a vehicle repair in over a month. Machines are broken, and they No one knows what is going on, they call the wrong contact number, and can’t organize a vehicle repair in over a month. Machines are broken, and they will not arrange for your vehicle to be fixed at another dealership. Three different people call and they all tell you something different regarding an appointment that you finally have booked. Made a trip to dealership only to arrive and no mechanic on duty. Rescheduled appointment only to have it cancelled by dealership. Totally unorganized and an acceptable. More
The service guy who drives the vehicles from the drop off bay to the back parking lot drove my bumper of my BRAND NEW Golf R right into a curb scratching all the paint. I let the service advisor know and all bay to the back parking lot drove my bumper of my BRAND NEW Golf R right into a curb scratching all the paint. I let the service advisor know and all they did was take the tax off my oil change... AVOID THIS DEALER. More
When you come in to buy a vehicle, the sale staffs ready to accommodate anything. Once you bought it, coming back in for parts, don’t ask question.. buy it. Don’t ask about the price. It is German car what to accommodate anything. Once you bought it, coming back in for parts, don’t ask question.. buy it. Don’t ask about the price. It is German car what do you expect? I now know that I should have not bought German cars because the parts is twice the cost of import and it does not mean it is better built or last longer. I currently have 3 VW. Two VW Tiguan and 1 VW EOS . I know all about VW engines. I just wish the part manager and the part team be more friendly and supportive. Very disappointing ! More
