Even when dealing with upset customers (whether right or wrong) they have listene I have always found their customer service to be of high quality. Even when dealing with upset customers (whether right or wrong) they have listened well and spoken calmly and have attempted different solutions to resolve the situation. I can't speak for the service centre apart from what have observed from outside, but it looks clean and organized. Space in the sales area is well-used and various models are on display, with sufficient salespeople available for questions. Customer parking on their lot is tight, but there has always been 1 or 2 space available for me every time I've gone. More

Lucas persevered and with the technicians was able to identify and fix the problem.
