Purchasing an Ioniq Upon entering the dealership we were welcomed by staff. Tea/Cofee/Water was offered. Peter was available to assist us with our interest in a Hybrid Upon entering the dealership we were welcomed by staff. Tea/Cofee/Water was offered. Peter was available to assist us with our interest in a Hybrid vehicle. We had done some research into it, but Peter took the time to explain further. Peter was not only helpful but very personable. He remembered our daughter and son-in-law from a few years back having purchased an Accent. Our daughter had mentioned the great service she had received over the years! Excellent Customer Service I called regarding several issues with my used Hyndai that I had purchased elsewhere . Jessie Dawson from the Service Dept. answered my call. He double checked with the mechanic to make sure they could fix the issue with my car .I needed it fixed ASAP as my son was having his driving test 2 days later . Jessie arranged an appointment for the following day. I received excellent customer service from Jessie . He deserves to be recognized for it. More

My recent Service appointment on Nov. 20, 2019. On Nov. 19th, 2019 I had sudden engine failure on my way to work. I was able to re-start the vehicle and drive to and from work that day. The next day On Nov. 19th, 2019 I had sudden engine failure on my way to work. I was able to re-start the vehicle and drive to and from work that day. The next day I had a 3:30 pm appt. about 18 km away and called the Service Dept. at 9:30 am; explained the situation to Justin Calbury and the necessity to have the car fixed right away, if possible. Justin assured me they would do their best to have my car ready by 2:00 pm. At 1:30 pm.I got a call at home that the problem had been diagnosed; the problem was located and the car was repaired. I arrived at the dealership by 2:00 pm. and was given a full explanation as to what the problem was. What I appreciated was the remarks on the SERVICE INVOICE CUSTOMER COPY was the entry: :ITEMS ON THIS WORK ORDER HAVE BEEN DOUBLE CHECKED FOR QUALITY CONTROL .CHECKED BY JUSTIN CALBURY. Customer service doesn't doesn't get any better than that! That is why I didn't hesitate to rate this service centre with five stars! Thank you, Justin, for attending to every detail of my service, .
