My recent Service appointment on Nov. 20, 2019. On Nov. 19th, 2019 I had sudden engine failure on my way to work. I was able to re-start the vehicle and drive to and from work that day. The next day On Nov. 19th, 2019 I had sudden engine failure on my way to work. I was able to re-start the vehicle and drive to and from work that day. The next day I had a 3:30 pm appt. about 18 km away and called the Service Dept. at 9:30 am; explained the situation to Justin Calbury and the necessity to have the car fixed right away, if possible. Justin assured me they would do their best to have my car ready by 2:00 pm. At 1:30 pm.I got a call at home that the problem had been diagnosed; the problem was located and the car was repaired. I arrived at the dealership by 2:00 pm. and was given a full explanation as to what the problem was. What I appreciated was the remarks on the SERVICE INVOICE CUSTOMER COPY was the entry: :ITEMS ON THIS WORK ORDER HAVE BEEN DOUBLE CHECKED FOR QUALITY CONTROL .CHECKED BY JUSTIN CALBURY.
