I had my services done April 19th 2023. Got a wheel alignment but my car had some services to be done to i did it as well. It’s hard to believe how these guys are able to operate with the type of service and attitude. I dealt with 2 people in management and 1 salesperson, they didn’t seem to care for reputation of the busi with the type of service and attitude. I dealt with 2 people in management and 1 salesperson, they didn’t seem to care for reputation of the business, especially the finance manager. No sense of pride in their work, and just felt depressed in that work environment. I didn’t see anyone smile at me except the front desk lady who I feel bad for being with these guys. They sold me a used car with safety which I took to the actual Toyota dealer after 2 weeks of purchase and got the report that the safety should never have passed on it. Taking this up with OMVIC to see what they can do to resolve the issue. More
