I got exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted. Dan worked extremely hard to get me exactly what I wanted in features in my new van. I found him very easy to deal with and did not get the sense of being forced to make decisions I wasn't ready to make. He gave us a van to try out and we ended up buying it. I told him what price we were willing to pay for it and he worked his magic and got us the deal we were looking for. During the experience in changing to the newly purchased vehicle it became apparent that she was overly busy to help us but we did end up completing the experience not feeling too bad. I brought my mother back to this dealership to purchase a 2014 Jeep Compass that she has been very pleased with, however my mistake was recommending this same young lady where the experience turned out to be exactly the same, she was too busy to seemingly care so I cannot recommend using her again. When we made an online inquiry we were assigned to the same young lady that helped us before but I refused to even entertain going through her again. Fast forward to 2015 and purchase of a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan SE. The salesman (Mike) I worked with was patient, and willing to try and work with us in many ways making accommodations and providing various incentives against the purchase of this van. This time around I felt like the person selling the van actually cared about the customer that he had, he even made a couple appearances at my workplace on my schedule for me to correct some paperwork we missed. Even exchanging the van at our house after they completed the additional items they provided to us. They were friendly enough that even going over our budget a bit did not feel like I was being pushed into it, and they explained reasons that made sense to me for the additional warranty and gap insurance. Based upon the experience I had this time around I can say that I would recommend sending someone back, but to the salesman I had worked with. More
