Worked until the problem was solved I took my 2010 Dodge Caliber in because there were sudden strange sounds coming from the brake area. While it took seven trips to finally figure out the cause of the sounds, the team worked diligently to figure it out. They invited to me to come in without an appointment after each service if I found that the problem wasn't corrected. They cleaned, oiled, and replaced almost everything that could be cleaned, oiled and replaced. In the end, they replaced the brakes (which had been replaced only one year earlier) at no charge to me. I waited a few weeks before posting my review as I wanted to be sure that the issue was in fact resolved, and I'm happy to say that it is. There have been no further unexplained sounds coming from the brakes of the vehicle. Thank you to Dave, Terry and Frank for not giving up and for not just telling me to turn up the music. :-) More
