No customer service I have always gone to other dealers, this is our second Jeep. While in for servicing having never been here before I was not shown where to sit (the w I have always gone to other dealers, this is our second Jeep. While in for servicing having never been here before I was not shown where to sit (the waiting room was freezing and music way to loud), no offer of a shuttle and no offer of a courtesy car? This is all a first for me. Perhaps if a customer is going to be there for 3 hours ask what their needs are. More

Love my truck but the costumer service/management is poor !! Bought our truck last summer and we love it! But the Customer service and management is really poor. They're not organised. We had a recall on a piece, called twice to see if my piece was in, and both times, the piece wasn't entered in our account. They sold us the truck without detailing it first (and there was a chip in the paint) or doing the rust proof service like they promised... The secretary that answers the phone when you call seems like she's always in a bad mood.. and I could go on and on.. In other words, we have to pretty much ''harassed'' them to get things done. If you like Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge, I would recommend to go to a different city for your purchase, unless you have the patience to deal with these kinds of things. More

We took a drive around the lot and decided to get out and have a look at a few. John came up to us and asked how we were and if there was anything he could help us find. He was so helpful and very straight forward with us. I had come in with a specific vehicle in mind. We test drove a car and when we got back I insisted on trying out the one I had thought I wanted. He put us in one in our price range and we had it out for about 5 minutes and brought it back. Now, as much as I don't like to admit it...John and my husband were right. I didn't like the one I had thought was a perfect vehicle for us. It just didn't suit our needs and lifestyle. He and Reg worked with us and made sure we were taken care of. We also had our children with us and they made us feel right at home. More
Worst experience ever From the moment I walked in the door I felt completely on my own, I felt like my salesman knew I wasn't looking for anything overly expensive and didn From the moment I walked in the door I felt completely on my own, I felt like my salesman knew I wasn't looking for anything overly expensive and didn't treat me as if I was an important customer. He seemed to be getting frustrated that I didn't know exactly what I was looking for I had to look at the differnt types of veichles on my phone and be would t to get the keys for my to test drive. After test driving 4 different veichles I felt as if I had bothered him to much and just went with the one I liked best ( I guess ) . They had a promo going on at this time. Purchase a new or used veichle and you get to pick a gift, go in the mashine and they also promised me a gift card. After everything was said and done they literally looked at me square in the face and told me they didn't turn enough of a profit to allow to be apart of the promo. Might I add I paid exact asking price for the car. I wasn't very impressed to say the least and I made it known I even had other employees come up to me and say that wasn't right what they did. For causing a fuss they ended up letting me pick a gift and putting a out 25 dollars worth o gas in my car. At this point the hadnt even had the car in the shop before I purchased it. They let me take it home for the weekend and than They gave me a rental and kept mine for about 5 days. When I went back to have he car put in the garage the sales manager mike promised me he would get me a gas car when my car was ready to be picked up. After the 5 days I was than td again because there were recalls on the veichle and it cost so much to replace I was once again not getting my gas card. They said they had painted and buffer my car and they couldn't have done a worse job the whole car is still FULL of scratches. Most recently I noticed I have the wrong siZe tires on my veichle while shopping around for winters every tire expert I speak to say the ones on there are to large for the car and they would not reccomend having them on there. Dodge will not help or do anything about this matter I am not stuck buyig new winters and summers. I would NEVER reccomend anyone to go here. They are picky, inconsiderate and selfish I wish I has never gone, worst service and worst service of my life More
