We were in a hurry so we had decided on what we wanted to get before walking in to the dealershop but because of their unprofessional manner, my whole day plan was completely ruined. And of course I expect that things can take longer than expected since I am buying a car not a chocolate bar, but not because they have to deal with so many things all at once. Eventually my application for lease was declined, I had to come back to get my deposit refunded. It was seriously one minute procedure. But they told me that the sales who was responsible for my deal was not in so told me to come back next day. Seriously?!! And they said the manager was in meeting so cant do the refund! So mad at the fact that they were in and out thousand times during the meeting with me and now they cant come out for 1 minute??!!! Eventually I “booked” an appointment as I was instructed and had to come back later. Would love to get a VW car sometime in the future, but would never consider coming back to this location. Please also note that I am not even mentioning other very unprofessional things experienced here... More

2018 VW Tiguan - Purchase Experience Benny Lai was a great help with the recent Lease of a 2018 VW Tiguan. Most of us only go through this process once or twice in four years so waiting a Benny Lai was a great help with the recent Lease of a 2018 VW Tiguan. Most of us only go through this process once or twice in four years so waiting almost nine years between VW vehicles left me a little naïve about the process. With Benny help I am happy with my vehicle choice, its colour and the lease deal Benny was able to put together. Never Buy or Service Here! Awful experience with this dealership from start to finish. To start, nobody wanted to work and help my boyfriend and I look at the golf I ALREADY KNE Awful experience with this dealership from start to finish. To start, nobody wanted to work and help my boyfriend and I look at the golf I ALREADY KNEW I WANTED so it would've been an easy sale. Finally we got someone to help us and he was less than enthusiastic and less than helpful. For some stupid reason we asked for another salesperson (should have just high tailed it out of there) and he was apologetic and friendly so we gave him the sale. However the negotiation process was painful (my trade in just kept DECREASING in value each time he came back from his managers office) and it was beyond stressful. But I was a naive first time car buyer and thought "it's going to be like this everywhere, may as well just get this over with". Delivery of the vehicle was a nightmare. They said 2 weeks then it ended up being 3 months, even though they asked for payment WAY before delivery. Then I came to this location thinking I HAD to get my services done here as I am on a lease. AWFUL service, way over priced and they take all day and don't even call to update you. Your time means nothing to them. After that we started getting my service done at VW Oakville where the service was prompt, pleasant and legitimately HALF the price!! Do not go to this location unless you enjoy terrible service and being ripped off. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. More

Excellent experience! It was back in 2013 when we were hunting for a new car. We planned to test a few makes and therefore we visited a few dealerships. The original plan for the day was to gather information and make a decision in a couple of days. After some disappointing customer service experiences, we arrived at our last destination: VW Mississauga… When we get there, we are welcomed by Patrick. After over an hour of discussions and drive test, we leave the dealership with a purchase agreement for a highline Jetta (and we were actually looking to buy a basic version). He was absolutely amazing. He had the answers to all our questions, very patient (and I’m not an easy customer) and I believe he got to know us as he knew what to highlight and what we would need and like. This was a very pleasant experience also for the fact that he wasn’t pursuing an aggressive sale approach (that I can’t stand and it drives me away from any deal). Overtime, the car performed very well and each time I had questions or I had to go back to dealership for different reasons he was the same professional person as on day one; in other words the post-sale experience was as good as the pre-sale (which nowadays it is very rare). This year I had to buy a new car for my family and … we went back to Patrick … and another great experience. He definitely earned our trust and loyalty and I would highly recommend him to everyone who is in search of a car. More

The day i picked out the car there i walked the lot and its small for half hour before i had to finally ask a sales rep for help and it took forever and then i went to pick up the car 11 days later and the touchscreen didnt work plus the airbag light was on witch is a safety concern and they just told me to take it has is like it was no big deal on my brand new 40000 dollar car when i confronted the sales manager i caught him in more then one lie. Please learn from me and stay away from this dealer. More

At any time during the booking not during the last 3-1/2 hrs nobody from the dealership calls to tell me this. Unbelievably bad customer service. More
