They were able to get me the price I requested. Vasil Toskov gave me great service when I bought the car through him. Since I bought the car I change and maintain my car regularly at Volkswagen Mississauga. Sheryl, one of the managers, is one of the best persons I have met at any car dealerships. She is very friendly and nice. Every time I leave that place I leave satisfied with the great quality service I get from them for my car. I always receive my car clean and better than before. Even when I drive in with my car with no appointment they help me squeeze in their schedule so i don't wait or come again. Overall, after experiencing different car dealerships, so far Volkswagen Mississauga was and hopefully will stay the best experience for me. I'm looking forward to actually buy my second car from them. More

Very poor customer service ! Today I noticed that my brand new 2014 Beetle(3719 km only) TDI driver’s side power window, when trying to open and close it, is grinding against the Today I noticed that my brand new 2014 Beetle(3719 km only) TDI driver’s side power window, when trying to open and close it, is grinding against the back window. When the door is open and the window is up I cannot close my door because my front window is overlapping the back window and if you try to close it there is a risk of cracking the drivers side window. I went to Mississauga VW and reported it just to learn that I was not going to get a loaner car and they couldn’t promise that they were going to fix the car today. I then called head office and didn’t receive any help from them either. I am very disappointed in their service and will use social media to write about it. I now don’t have a car to commute with to work and back and for my personal use. I understand that problems do arise but don’t understand why they wouldn’t supply me with a car and also their customer service representative was very rude and unprofessional. I will never visit the Mississauga VW dealership again. As I said I will use social media to expose what horrible customer service I have received from VW. More

After visiting 2 other VW dealerships I was starting to buy into the 'car dealer' stereotypes ...Then we ended up at Mississauga VW, which was a much more pleasant experience then the other dealerships. It was low pressure and all the staff we encountered were very friendly. Deepesh was great to work with, he was personable, logical and was willing to go the extra mile for requests that I had. If there was a question he didn't know the answer to he would always find the information for me. Buying a car can be a stressful experience but Deepesh's professionalism and spence of humour made the process quite enjoyable! My car was spotless upon pickup and I appreciated that they followed up with me in the weeks after buying my car to see how I was enjoying it. If going to Mississauga VW, request to have Deepesh! Beware of this dealership. They will use the non-availability of your chosen colour or any other of your needs to wriggle out of giving you agreed upon promotional offer. Many things add up quickly and finally, you will not get the colour of your choice and if you want your colour of choice they will say that you have to wait 25 days and by that time your offer will not be available. You will be forced to settle for a colour that the dealership has too much of or forced to give up the deposit. Either way you lose and dealership wins. Please stay out of this dealership. More

Their sales manager, Adrian Shum, refused to negociate on price but was naive enough to force sale me 4 useless service packages that would add $200 to my monthly payment. Keep in mind that VW has a 12 year warrenty for rusing. In the end he offered to keep my monthly payment the same, but add 6 more month to my pay period. When rejected, he dared to ask me WHY. Their services were never friendly and were of very low quality under the supervision of their service manager, Claudio Spatola. This person will subjectively quote you different prices for the same body work at different times. While other dealership takes about 30 to 45min for a oil change and washs the exterior, Mississauga VW takes well close to 1 hour and doesn't bother to wash your car. Their labour rate is very high. That's the reason they charge well over $100 for an oil change. Volkswagen Canada has decent Customer Relations dept. Friendly, but VERY inexperienced sales person, who seems to be afraid of his managers. Every little thing we asked them to do (and nothing of our requests was 'unreasonable' or ridiculous, e.g. repair a chi to be afraid of his managers. Every little thing we asked them to do (and nothing of our requests was 'unreasonable' or ridiculous, e.g. repair a chip in the windshield - which is after all a safety issue...!) was a big deal and we had to fight for! They didn't even want to give warranty on the performed repairs (again, such as windshield), and they apparently also have no dealership warranties for at least 30 days, which I thought are pretty common. There was absolutely no room for negotiation with them, they apparently had potential customers walk away because of $200... It took them almost 4 weeks to do three minor repairs to do ( buffing out two stone chips, repairing the windshield and fix a deep scratch in the leather seat). I could go on with a lot more, but they wasted enough of our time! My recommendation: don't go there - other dealership have the same VW... Worst buying experience I ever had, I just hope the car will be fine. This ordeal took all the excitement about getting a new car! Someone from VW headquarters should go to Mississauga VW and have a closer look at this dealership! I wish I would have read some of the reviews before I went there, that would have saved me a long drive and some tough weeks! More
