below expectation after being called the day before my service appointment as a reminder, I made sure to arrive 10 minutes before my scheduled 10:50 A.M. appointment, after being called the day before my service appointment as a reminder, I made sure to arrive 10 minutes before my scheduled 10:50 A.M. appointment, to avoid wasting the dealerships' time. 2 hours later my vehicle was still waiting for a technician to attend to it. When my car was finally looked at, the final diagnosis for my brake problem was complete replacement of pads and rotors at the front end. I found this excessive since I had previously inspected the brakes myself and found at least one rotor in perfectly fine condition. All in all I found the experience well below standard. I tried to be a loyal customer to this dealership that sold me the car, even though I have since moved at least 20 kms. further. This experience might lead me to choose another dealership for servicing my Toyota. More
