Ed the mechanic took the time to answer my questions that Friday evening even though it was time for him to leave - not rushing me at all. The shuttle was no longer available. Bryan my service rep stepped up and offered to drop me off at home on a Friday evening when everyone is typically in a rush to go home. They both understood the concept of customer service.
