Excellent service My car required service and had to remain there over the weekend. Ed the mechanic took the time to answer my questions that Friday evening even thoug My car required service and had to remain there over the weekend. Ed the mechanic took the time to answer my questions that Friday evening even though it was time for him to leave - not rushing me at all. The shuttle was no longer available. Bryan my service rep stepped up and offered to drop me off at home on a Friday evening when everyone is typically in a rush to go home. They both understood the concept of customer service. This has been my experience at Toyota since I purchased my car seven years should. Thank you! More
