My sales rep was Matt and he was personable and was able to address any questions I had. I was also very happy with the finance manager Asim. Again very friendly and he did a great job explaining to me how the warranty works. He told me about the options I had for extended warranty and put no pressure on me to buy more than I needed or could afford. I have been reading some poor reviews about the service department and I will try them out regardless and hope that the reviews are wrong and they will be as good as the sales and finance team was. More

Service department is a factory line Went in for my first oil change on a brand new Tucson. The technician forgot to tighten the oil drain bolt. A complete rookie mistake. This resulted i Went in for my first oil change on a brand new Tucson. The technician forgot to tighten the oil drain bolt. A complete rookie mistake. This resulted in oil leaking all over my garage and driveway. Returned to the dealership to have their mistake corrected. Quote from the service manager when this was addressed "from time to time mistakes happen and I feel badly about it". Moral of the story do not take your vehicle here unless you are ok with mistakes on your vehicle like mine that could have resulted in my engine leaking all of the oil out. More

Terrible customer service From the moment they got the sale, this place has been terrible. We bought a 2017 Santa Fe. it took two weeks longer then they said to get the car with no communication. We kept having to call them. Then there was an issue with the car. They treated us like they just didn't give a crap, despite the fact we were having problems with a brand new vehicle. The attitude and rudeness were unlike anything I have ever experienced. I will never buy or service with them and I am warning everyone I know to stay away. They want your money and then don't care about you as a customer at all. More

Went for advise re: my 2015 Hyundai Elantra: I visited the Hyundai Center yesterday November 23, 2016 and I was very impressed by the way that the employees treated me. I needed to know how to I visited the Hyundai Center yesterday November 23, 2016 and I was very impressed by the way that the employees treated me. I needed to know how to attach a second plate to my car as in Ontario you are required to have front and rear plates. Everyone was most helpful and I would reccomend this Hyundai Center to anyone. Looking for New Tucson 2016 or 2017--Bought elsewhere. Came looking for 2016 clearance-not much stock, Sales person inexperienced-sales manager involved and not someone I would recommend. I phoned Brampton Came looking for 2016 clearance-not much stock, Sales person inexperienced-sales manager involved and not someone I would recommend. I phoned Brampton and Dixie Hyundai and walked out with New 2017 Hyundai-good deal and happy. These guys are not worth dealing with if you have decided on Hyundai. More
Terrible overall experience Would never go back. Tried to buy a car there this weekend. First gave me wrong car to test drive. When I told them the sales agent asked me if I want Would never go back. When I said no I'd like to test drive what I came for he gave me a beat up demo that had 15km left of gas and needed brake work. When I came back they gave me a bi weekly break down for purchasing the car only to be told after that they didn't even have the car for sale to begin with. Overall a shady dealership. I'd feel better getting a car from a back alley dealership then ever return to this dealership. More
