After two weeks, I noticed grinding sound in my break, I contacted the sales representative and service appointment was arranged for next day. A new parts were brought & car was fixed to my satisfactions for free. People there were very friendly and I appreciate their effort. More

TERRIBLE HORRIBLE SALES REP AND SALES MANAGER i was at this dealership and have never ever experienced this type of UN-Professional behaviour in any industry especially from a car dealership. Tried to purchase a 2014 Accent and the salesman decided to hedge his bet between two interested parties while keeping the one party on stand by for over TWO hours without explaining to the one party what was happening right in front of my eyes that he was also working a better deal with the other family on the same car. Once discovered what deceptive behaviour was happening in front of my own eyes, the manager decided that he did not want to deal with this situation and became rude and ignorant along with the sales representitive and kicked me out of the dealership in efforts to diffuse the situation that was created by them. Please be aware as they will make every attempt to use customers against each other in efforts to get the best price possible and unfortunately giving the worst service possible. More
