Our credit score is currently suffering due to family finances and student loans so we agreed to all the dealers terms. We were anxious since it was our first purchase and saved up for a healthy down payment due to our score. I was told almost ten times that mr mehender has connections with banks and other people and we should have no issue with our application which should be finalized within max 2 to 3 days. The experience was so bad that he wasted more than 8 days to give us answer... And in that period we were the ones constantly asking for updates having to poke for a reply. And every day he wanted new documents and proof of income and the next day pay stubs and the next day t1 long statement....it never ended actually felt like we were applying for a mortgage. Meanwhile he said our application was approved and we got the car and still he wasnt done asking for documents. After the eighth day i got really upset and called leaving a voicemail to which he replied we are not approved. Now here is my conclusive remark about milton hyundai overall along with mr mehender. What gives you people the dare and right to lock us down with a binding contractual agreement and waste our valuable time ??? The concern is not if we get the car or not the problem is you took eight dam days to finalize a 12k car laon for which we even agrewd for 3000 down payment. You dont even know what documents and paperwork you need but everyday demand some new info. People like you just prey on good people and on top add useless scammy products and life insurance to hike up your comissions. Hated all the people working there had the biggest attitude and careless behavior just gives attention to wealthy people walkong through the door. Neither you or the banks you deal with (td canada) have the right to waste peoples time. If we are not eligible then hurry the xxxx up and say so.... My family badly needed a car abd we were stuck in a stupid contract and waiting in the mercy of these scammers. If ure so great why do i hear so many people pissed off at your dealership ? More

Before I even drove out of the lot I had a hybrid drive-train failure pop up on the screen. I was given another new vehicle and that one had to get the GPS replaced 3 or 4 times as it would stop working. I also had an engine flap on the hybrid malfunction and had to get replaced not to mention the fuel savings where nowhere near what was advertised at the time of purchase. I had enough of the vehicle and the problems and came back to the dealership after 3 years and purchased another brand new car when the warranty expired. I was billed twice for my old car past my purchase date by the bank and was told the dealership has not yet paid the loan off, in other words I am paying for two vehicles when I only own one. It doesn't take 2 weeks for an accounting department to get their gear in order and pay off your car when they are supposed to. They are dealing with your credit and finances and can affect your quality of life especially when you are in a restaurant in down town toronto paying a bill and your card gets declined due to the dealership not getting it together to make sure you aren't getting billed twice. I went in and spoke to the general manager and was told I would have to wait till Monday. I have only serviced my vehicle through this dealership and bought two new vehicles from here, I had never imagined that I would get screwed over or mistreated this badly by a business when all I have been is a loyal customer to them. I have sent my friends to buy vehicles from here but I can no longer do that as my faith in this company and dealership has been utterly shattered. Buying a new vehicle should not be a traumatic event and it shouldn't affect your quality of life. I had to get my girlfriend to drive in down town toronto rush hour traffic to pay for my bill because of a billing error that wasn't addressed the first time I brought it up at the dealership. More

Took my keys and taking it to RL Auto Repairs on Steeles in Milton where it will get repaired. Thanks Milton Hyundai for lacking in keeping me happy. Not the first time the service dept let me down. If I were to do that in my business, I would be broke. More

Buy Honda not Hyundai As far as the dealership goes their service department is definitely lacking. Everytime I take my vehicle there it is never finished at the time it is As far as the dealership goes their service department is definitely lacking. Everytime I take my vehicle there it is never finished at the time it is promised no matter how small the job. I'm told that my car will be washed for when I pick it up and it never is. I have a perforation issue with the paint on my 18 month old Sante Fe that should be covered by the perforation warranty. Hyundai has offered to pay 60% of the repair. Why should I be paying for paint issues on a new car that isn't even 2 years old? I have a 6 year old Honda Pilot with better paint. As Milton Hyundai is part of the Gorrud group, I would just stay clear of the Toyota and Hyundai dealerships in Milton. I have purchased three vehicles through these dealerships and I assure you this will be the last time I ever purchase a Hyundai or any vehicle from Gorruds in Milton. More

My issue with this dealer is the disregard of doing the job properly, I had this service done on the 5th of Nov. 2014. On the 9th of Nov. I proceeded to change over to my winter tires with my next door neighbor who is a licensed mechanic with his heavy duty diesel certification and we were shocked. The front driver side wheel which was removed by the service dept. was torqued to 150 foot pounds, this could have stripped the wheel lug or warped the rotor, another possible scenario would be if a flat occurred on this wheel, I may not have been able to remove the wheel. The recommended torque for this wheel is around 80 foot pounds. Do your self a favour and avoid this dealership at all cost, if this is the way they claim they are factory trained and certified I would be very skeptical on more complex repairs. More

I want to take the opportunity to say how pleased and very impressed I was with how our salesperson Shad Dharamshi conducted himself throughout the whole process. I have purchased and leased quite a few vehicles from a variety of different dealers over time and I have never come across any salesperson who is as skilled as Shad in all aspects of car sales. He was very courteous and friendly and was very good at listening to and understanding our needs and concerns relating to a new car purchase. He never tried to aggressively steer us in any direction we did not want to go in. - which is a very welcome experience. His technical knowledge of the Elantra and the entire product line was very impressive and he left no questions un-answered. Shad is a definite asset to your dealership and you are lucky to have him on your team!! You would be well advised to look after him and make sure he has all the tools at his disposal to ensure continued success going forward. Our overall experience was a very positive one and I would not hesitate in recommending friends that are considering a Hyundai purchase to visit Shad. I would also like to point out that our dealings with Aileen in your business department were also very positive.
