He goes above and beyond his duties, even calling Uber for pick ups and drop offs. He checks and explains in detail what needs to get done and reports with completed checklist. The new manager is very professional and helpful. From the courteous reception, to Bryan of Finance, to Alex who fixed and activated the Mercedez Me subscription I had issues with for 3 years and all the sales staff, you represent luxury service to luxury car owners. :) Kudos to all of you!
