I always bought parts from MB Newmarket with 10% discount . Today I called and got a price for air filter and availability. When I got there and asked for the air filter, employee brought it up to the counte . Today I called and got a price for air filter and availability. When I got there and asked for the air filter, employee brought it up to the counter; I also mentioned about 10% discount, but what he did was very interesting, he played with his computer for a while raised the price from $79.00 to $88.00 and then subtracted 10% discount. I see this as a scam and unbecoming of the Mercedes Benz good faith business practice. He could have just said no, I can't give you 10% discount. This small act of their sales person really made me think about quality of their other services and where they are cutting corners. I will never go there again; even though, they were closets Mercedes to me. By the way, the same filter at 3 other Mercedes was $79.00 More
