She's always prompt with her answer anytime I have a question and is genuinly happy to help. She still manages to call and email us regularly to see how the wife and I are doing. Her candour gives us the assurance that she truly cares and will be there for us when we need her the most. So far my experience with Sonia has been excellent but in saying that the dealership and the staff are also very lovely.
