Terrible customer service, its like talking to a wall We have an ongoing issue with the dealer, Ive played phone tag with this dealer and i have innsited that they respond by email as i cannot pick up the We have an ongoing issue with the dealer, Ive played phone tag with this dealer and i have innsited that they respond by email as i cannot pick up the phone all the time. THEY STILL CHOOSE TO CALL and never respond to emails. The Used car Manager Andrew just walks the floor and treats his clients like sheep! The sales staff cannot comprehend what it means to respond by email , further more they are dropping off the car and dint even confirm a time, I expect a certain level of service from Mercedes when their slogan is the best or nothing, they should just call under the nothing category . Never have i faced such an issue from a dealer never buying from mercedes benz going to keep with BMW More
