be avoid from Benz Barrie I pay $5000 to order the GL350 from David Bosley on Nov 1,2014. Every time talk to their general sales manager Russ Pedersen,he will tell you he need time talk to the owner MR GIANNI ANGELUCCI. Can you believe this absurdity happened from Benz Barrie? If you want live longer please be away from this dealership.And any body else be swindled by this dealership please also post your situation here More

Long ordeal, but happy with my purchase I spent a great deal of time at the dealership trying to figure out a price point. I'm happy with the value of my trade in and the price of my vehicle was lower than my previously "quoted" price from corporate. Happy with my car, happy with sales. More
I shopped around I was referred to Mercedes Benz Barrie through a friend, and after sitting down with one the salesmen, I knew why the friend had suggested I come to t I was referred to Mercedes Benz Barrie through a friend, and after sitting down with one the salesmen, I knew why the friend had suggested I come to this dealership. When I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and a hello. The receptionist asked if I had needed any help and put me in contact with sales right away. While discussing my interests in a new vehicle, the salesman offered me a coffee, juice, water and a nice cookie! We discussed the GLA, but I was more into the CLA. They had some in stock, so we spent some time looking into these vehicles. I had an idea of what packages I wanted in my car, but there were a number of options I didn't know about, and the salesman made sure to explain these to me. After some discussion, the vehicle I had intended to buy that day, ended up being a designed vehicle! The price was good and the wait for a designed vehicle is/was expected. They followed up with me the next day to tell me about the estimated delivery date. I liked that they kept me in the loop right away! I've read the other reviews on this site and I can honestly say that I haven't had any issues, nor has my friend. I look forward to my new vehicle, and thanks again!! More

Worst dealership!!! I brought my vehicle in for service, recall on back lights, a noisy fan and a crack on dash under vents. This should have all been covered under warra I brought my vehicle in for service, recall on back lights, a noisy fan and a crack on dash under vents. This should have all been covered under warranty. But when I returned was told the crack was caused by me and they wouldn't cover it. (We expected them to say this even though we know it wasn't caused by us) I was told that the other two problems had been repaired. When I got into my car realized that the crack was must worse and trim on dash was also damaged. I went back into dealership to let them know this is not how it was when I dropped the car off. I was made out to be a liar and told the amount it would cost to fix. I left upset and when began driving home realized that the same noise was still coming from the fan and that they had also left about 10 screws in my door compartment which I don't know where they are from. In the car I called the dealership about the noise and was told they never heard a noise to began with ,which I was told earlier they did hear the noise and that now it was gone. I was asked to come back but after how I was treated I said no thank you. When I returned home called head office which had already heard the story and was no help, telling me it would be my word against the dealer. So nothing they could do about the crack. All in all I've only been disappointed with this dealership and with Mercedes. I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership or Mercedes for that matter. More
Terrible experience with typical "used car salesman" After having three conversations with this company, including Rocco, it was clear that this dealer is not on the up and up. Even over the phone they try every evasive tactic to avoid simple questions. Even before visiting the dealer I was uncomfortable with their approach so I went online to see what others thought. I'm glad I didn't waste another minute with these clowns. Don't trust them. More
sketchy sales tatics I was told by the salesman that Barrie is a privately owned dealership and that we would get a much better deal there than at a corporate owned locati I was told by the salesman that Barrie is a privately owned dealership and that we would get a much better deal there than at a corporate owned location. The tatics and "strategies" used by this dealership are shady at best. I would rather pay more at a corporate owned location then deal with these sharks. We were made to present them an "offer" with a $5000.00 deposit on my credit card. They declined the offer and wanted me to present a better offer. I adjusted the offer and was told that we are closer to a deal and heading in the right direction. This process took over 2 hrs!!! The "sales manager" would not say how far apart we are and just wanted us to keep making offers. I finally had enough and walked out after waiting to get my deposit back. I also must say that I was not the only person not happy with their sketchy tactics. A couple was there at the same time "presenting" to the sales manager and they finally had enough of the bs and left as well. The most xxx backwards process I have ever dealt with and am happy I purchased from a corporate owned location. More
