Our first contact was with David Bosely who, while aware that we were not purchasing on that date, spent more than 90 minutes answering our questions and demonstrating a vehicle to us. David's professionalism and pleasant demeanor is what set MB Barrie apart and caused us to return in 2012 to purchase our 2012 ML350. The negotiation was somewhat blind; there was never a counter offer; however, we were prepared with our research and the pricing and therefore, believe that the negotiation was not really an issue. MB Barrie made the delivery experience truly one to remember. David Bosely spent a great deal of time ensuring that we understood the features of our vehicle before we left the dealership. The followup was exceptional while not bothersome. We service our vehicle exclusively at MB Barrie. Ron Hutchinson and his staff are tremendous. He always has put our needs and concerns first while being extremely fair. Ron goes the extra mile to try and ensure that we have a complimentary courtesy vehicle on those occasions when we are unable to wait for the service. I would be remiss if I did not mention the Parts Manager, John Brunner. John is knowledgeable, pleasant and always delivers the best pricing on tires and other parts not covered by warranty (wipers). Overall there is no hassle with every aspect of this dealership. When we attend the dealership it is refreshing that everyone knows our names and takes time to converse with us. We have also had the privilege to receive complimentary access to MB sponsored events. These only serve to positively enhance the Mercedes Benz ownership experience. The customer-oriented sincerity of MB Barrie causes me to recommend and share our positive experience as often as possible. It is clear why MB Barrie is a multi-year Star Dealer achiever. More
Go See Rocco Ricci greatest salesman alive! I was introduced to Rocco Ricci, back in february of 2015. We connected instantly with comical one liners to each other and at that moment, I Knew I f I was introduced to Rocco Ricci, back in february of 2015. We connected instantly with comical one liners to each other and at that moment, I Knew I found my guy. I was in the market for teh 2015 C400, and rocco helped me negotiate the right details that suited my needs. Rocco has been very professional, courteous, and not once did I feel the high sales pressure from other dealerships. He explained every detail of the car to me, and after taking the car for a test drive, I was sold. He continued his expertise, even after delivering the car. I have gone up a few times to see the dealership as my wife was in the market for a GL450. each time I went, Rocco greeted me as if I have been a live time friend, and immediately takes the keys to my car and sends it to get washed and minor detailed. I have never experienced any service from anybody quite like Rocco. He truly is a legend in this profession. I have since purchased a GL 450 and will be picking the truck up shortly. I can guarantee that my delivery will only be another fond memory to be stored in my head... I highly recommend anyone to just go see Rocco, and experience the joy and laughter I have every time I set foot in Mercedes Benz Barrie. More

I had long relationship with my good friends at BMW, but once Russ let me take his CLS 63 AMG out for a drive that night, we came back sat down and I can tell you that we stuck a very good deal. I was very happy I made the trip and look forward to dealing with Rocco and Russ to find a new car for my wife. More

Sales and Service We have purchased four vehicles from David Bosley. Three were excellent one nothing but trouble. The Service Department did everything they could to remedy the problem to no avail. They provided a new loaner vehicle every time we took our vehicle back (2014 GLK Bluetech) In the end through our salesman David Bosley and the Sales Manager Russ Pedersen we were able to exchange our vehicle for an ML 350 Bluetech for what we considered to be an excellent deal given the fact that our vehicle has 20,000 KLICKS on the odometer. Our present ML is excellent. We have had few issues with our vehicles however when we have taken them in for Service we have received nothing but professional courteous service from the Service Manager Mr. Ron Hutchinson and his capable assistant Shonda Azevedo. We could not be more pleased with not only the sales staff but the Service staff who have bent over to accommodate us on all our visits. If you are in the market for a new or used Mercedes I would highly recommend you contact Mr. David Bosley. Should you require service on your present vehicle then do not hesitate to contact Ron Hutcheson. He takes a personnel interest in your problem and he and his staff will do everything in their power to ensure your satisfaction. More
