Completely dissatisfied with service. Brought a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado with 61000km on truck in for emergency repair on a failed drivers side window regulator and they couldn’t fix it Brought a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado with 61000km on truck in for emergency repair on a failed drivers side window regulator and they couldn’t fix it within a day and were not concerned. Claimed they had to wait for parts but my wife 5 hours away found 4 or five parts within 10 km of dealership. They gave me a truck to use in the city and I would have fetched them part if requested to do so as i needed to get home. My vehicle ended up with clear plastic on the window in -35 below weather. I picked up a part at Birchwood GMC and came home where it will be installed within 1 hour. The service rep was an a discredit to the owners and even though i booked an appointment on line he dishonoured it and said the online people were on drugs and didn’t know anything because they were in Nova Scotia or down east somewhere but the manager was ok. The people down east were aware of the emergency and were respectful in trying to get me back on the road repaired properly. These people must understand if the population did not buy and repair vehicles they wouldn’t have a job or pay check. More
