Very interesting experience at the dealership today ! Brought home my new Denali from Alberta add another dealership owned by the same parent company we had a wonderful experience there. Stopped at McNaught just basically to pick up a license plate Mount from the dealership hoping you would be our dealership of preference in the future for service work, but while I was there we got a screw in the tire, and upon closer inspection the whole customer parking lot was filled with screws, license plates screws all kinds of things ....so my brand new truck brand new tires only that I have only had for 4 days and have a hole in the tire at the dealership ?! Thankfully your service writer knew that this was a problem in the lot and the sales manager accepted it and said it could be fixed and patched immediately on the spot which was great, but of course this left me very disappointed that when you sell such high end expensive vehicles for big dollars your parking lot would be in such terrible condition ... it didn't leave the best first impression More

We would have given this dealership a 0 if we were able...we have been a loyal customer for over 20 years (brought in past cars for repairs and bought two new vehicles and returned for routine mainten able...we have been a loyal customer for over 20 years (brought in past cars for repairs and bought two new vehicles and returned for routine maintenance at this location.) Kathy M told us over the phone that our car was misdiagnosed in April and May 2021 and that it would cost thousands more to repair. We were told the dealership would then give us a $2, 000+ credit (cost of previous repairs in the Spring time) if we bought another car from them in addition to the trade in value of the car. During negotiations, the salesman and manager knew nothing of this deal and offered $5, 000 less than what the car should have been worth (of course, this is after their service department misdiagnosed and couldn't find the current problem.) To make matters worse, the service department left a piece of foil in the coolant reservoir. No one returned our messages. With poor service, the lies and incompetent service department, we would not come back here. More

This time I came in for a service, but im also including when I bought my vehicle. I definitely recommend them for service on your vehicle, super quick and nice. For if you’re buying a vehicle, make sure you hold them to their word when you buy a vehicle, then have to get a part installed a week later because it wasn’t delivered in time (not their fault for that). I got told I’d get a gas gift card for the trouble of having to drive an hour back, I never did. They also neglected to communicate in between departments about the price I was supposed to pay for the labour and part in total and they attempted to charge me higher (I told them what price I had originally been told and they let me pay that, so that was amazing on their part and greatly appreciated!)
