We had always bought cars in Toronto but didn't want to make the trip back - so we visited every dealership between Windsor and Toronto and no one could beat our #1 salesperson Dilan Rathnapala @ Brampton Mazda. We drove 3 hours to meet with him, he looked after our every need and we returned less than a week later to pick up our CX-5. The car not only met, but exceeded our wants and needs and was within our budget. This is the 3rd car we've bought from Dilan and would make the 6.5 hour round trip to do it all over again. Now after spending $500 rims I can’t use ..Call management to talk alternative not will to negotiate or meet halfway..They not willing to do anything..I don’t feel safe driving the car anymore I am being told it’s ok to drive with the TPMS light on..Already spend 2 yrs worth of salaries on it..IF YOUR GOING TO SCREW ME I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATE YOU DO IT TO ME FACE !! Mechanics are liars. Ask for a quote for my A/C fan cause it kept on running. They said I needed to replace 2 parts and quoted me $1000.
