several I just recently bought a new 2016 Mazda CX5 I am not happy and really disappointed with Mazda Brampton. I chose Brampton Mazda as they sold me on the I just recently bought a new 2016 Mazda CX5 I am not happy and really disappointed with Mazda Brampton. I chose Brampton Mazda as they sold me on the deal that they could get me a manual transmission and the local dealership closer to my home couldn’t. I decided to continue with the sale even though it was a huge inconvenience to buy from Mazda Brampton as its around 2 hours from my house. The sale of the vehicle went find and service was good but after a week went buy they called me and said the vehicle is ready to be picked up. Being so far from my house it was very difficult to find a ride to go pick the vehicle up so two weeks went by and my wife and I decided to take a cab which cost us 140$. The day I decided to go pick up the car I thought I better phone Brampton Mazda to make sure the vehicle is ready and give them a heads up as I was taking a cab. I gave Brampton Mazda 3 hour warning that I was coming to get the vehicle and when my wife and I got to Brampton Mazda dealership the sales guy we were dealing with was not their. After waiting for a bit the manager hooked us up with another sales men, the salesmen sat us down and said he had to go put the plates on the vehicle, not sure why the plates were not on the vehicle yet? So my wife and I continued to watch the salesmen go get the vehicle and install the plates. Then as we were waiting we watched the salesmen try to wipe the vehicle clean with a rag, not sure why the vehicle was dirty? My wife and I sat in side waiting over a half a hour wile this was going on. Then we got all the paper work completed and we go to look over the vehicle and were shocked the vehicle was really dirty had a layer of dirt everywhere and even the inside of the dash had hand prints everywhere. My wife and I were in a hurry so we continued with the sale and just left disappointed. Then after a week I had to stop the vehicle fast and I could barely stop. I was also noticing a noise coming from my brakes. I called Mazda Waterloo to have the vehicle looked at as I knew something wasn’t right. I was very shocked to find out they told me the front brakes were really rusted and the vehicle must of been sitting for a long time. I thought the vehicle was new? They couldn't even salvage the rotors as they were to rusty, they had to install new ones and service all brakes as they were sticking. Mazda Waterloo said Mazda Brampton should have checked vehicle over before I picked it up and it is quite clear Mazda Brampton didn't even look at the vehicle. I have never bought a new vehicle before and Mazda Brampton really made this a bad experience for me. In conclusion Mazda Brampton had the vehicle for two weeks prior to me picking it up and the vehicle was obviously just parked till I got their. On pick up I called three hours to I gave Mazda Brapton a heads up I was coming and was shocked they didn’t even have the vehicle ready no plates were on the vehicle and on top of that gave me a dirty vehicle to drive home in, that was suppose to be brand new? And then one week later 1000 klm on the vehicle I had to bring vehicle in for all new brakes? Not even sure vehicle was safetied? I am sure Mazda Canada would not want to sell a car in this state and call it a new vehicle? I am not impressed at all with Mazda Brampton and unfortunately going to have to share my experiences. Note that Mazda Waterloo was a very apologetic for Brampton Mazda's actions and very help full so Mazda Brampton owes Waterloo Mazda a thank you. After all we are very happy with are Mazda but definitely disappointed in Mazda Brampton. Shawn Sherry Hamelin More

We had always bought cars in Toronto but didn't want to make the trip back - so we visited every dealership between Windsor and Toronto and no one could beat our #1 salesperson Dilan Rathnapala @ Brampton Mazda. We drove 3 hours to meet with him, he looked after our every need and we returned less than a week later to pick up our CX-5. The car not only met, but exceeded our wants and needs and was within our budget. This is the 3rd car we've bought from Dilan and would make the 6.5 hour round trip to do it all over again. We can't say enough about Dilan's customer service and attention to every detail. We would recommend him and the Brampton Mazda dealership to anyone looking for a new or used Mazda. Upset 😡 Disappointed 😢 Warnings “WINTER TIRES MEANS JUST TIRES NO RIMS “ went to pick up car tires weren’t available a month after w Upset 😡 Disappointed 😢 Warnings “WINTER TIRES MEANS JUST TIRES NO RIMS “ went to pick up car tires weren’t available a month after went to pick up tires SURPRISE NO RIMS..That’s not all need special rims and TPMS for the winter tires if not going to use the original rims that came on the car additional $$$$$ cost $850 + tax..NO ONE TOLD ME UP FRONT OR WHEN I PICKUP TO TIRES..went and bought rims put them on not TPMS light came on went the dealer that’s when I being told this informed about the special rims and TPMS DEVICE.. Now after spending $500 rims I can’t use ..Call management to talk alternative not will to negotiate or meet halfway..They not willing to do anything..I don’t feel safe driving the car anymore I am being told it’s ok to drive with the TPMS light on..Already spend 2 yrs worth of salaries on it..IF YOUR GOING TO SCREW ME I WOULD HAVE APPRECIATE YOU DO IT TO ME FACE !! Mechanics are liars. Ask for a quote for my A/C fan cause it kept on running. They said I needed to replace 2 parts and quoted me $1000.
