This dealership is just amazing, I love their customer service and friendliness - I do not ever feel like I am being robbed here. Other dealerships I went to I felt rushed and it was as if they were just after my money and not the best option to fix my car. I drive an 04 mazda RX-8 and I do ask a lot of questions. So I appreciate the time that they take to ensure that I understand what is going on with my car and they give me tips on how to better maintain my car. This dealership is the amazing. More
Bought Mazda CX-5. The Sales rep and the Manager were very friendly and showed us all the available options. They know their cars in and out and was impressed by their knowledge. They took time to show very friendly and showed us all the available options. They know their cars in and out and was impressed by their knowledge. They took time to show us around and answered our question even though it was a busy saturday. They worked with us and gave us a good deal on the car. Would definitely recommend Mazda CX-5. It has a smooth drive and feels very comfortable. I would also recommend to deal with Mr. Curtis and Depen Kumar. They have been very helpful. More

I originally went into the dealership for an oil change on my previous mazda three as I was looking around he approached me with a smile and asked if i needed any help. I was very surprised as the individual who had sold me my first car just walked by as if i did not exist. Deepen, not only acknowleged, he even went to the extent to ask if i wanted a coffee while i waited. When i returned the next day with my spouse, he greeted me again with a smile while my old agent again just walked bye. We discussed with deepen what we were looking for and he made his suggestions. He was pushy, just very honest and left the decision to us. We ended up buying a Mazda 9 which made the most sense base on our family size. While there we were looking at a mazda 3 hatchback, instead of him saying lets start the paper work, he allow us to sleep on it and even came in on his day off to ensure we got the customer service we expected and recieved from him from the inseption. Any one who wants an honest and helpful sales person needs to go to Mazda of brampton and speak with deepen. He is knowledgable, not pushing and will only give you what you want. More

My Mazda 3 began to rust very quickly and needed to be repaired under warranty. This took a great deal of effort on my part as the dealership wouldn't return my calls. Finally after getting in touch with repaired under warranty. This took a great deal of effort on my part as the dealership wouldn't return my calls. Finally after getting in touch with the dealer they agreed to repair my car within two weeks. After getting the run around it was finally repaired after six months. The dealer then tried to get me to pay for a new wiper arm which they damaged during the repair. After the repair the car very quickly began to rust again. I then had to bring it in to have photos taken which then had to be sent to Mazda Canada. I was to receive an answer within two weeks. Once again this dragged on as Mazda of Brampton refused to return my calls. I was then finally told that Mazda Canada was holding up my warranty claim. Mazda Canada claimed it was the decision of Mazda of Brampton. After some time I was told by Mazda of Brampton that they lost the required pictures and I needed to come in again. Once again I got the same run around and it took ages to get an answer. Once again the answer was that they lost the pictures again. After having the pictures taken a third time I was told I would receive an answer in two weeks. It's now taken five weeks to get the answer for a grand total of 15 months. The answer of Mazda of Brampton. They don't have any record of my visit to their service bay to have the first set of photos taken and therefore any other action I took was after the warranty was over. Claim denied. Stay clear of this dealership. Better still, stay clear of Mazda period. The only thing worse than their vehicles is their customer service. Or lack there of. More
