Excellent Management I dealt with Curtis Biggs (Sales Manager) with a small issue that was left out on my contract. He is extremely polite and well mannered person, I was still going to deal with him for my future car needs even if he did not fix the issue, he is just that type of guy. I can't say enough good things about him as it will be a long essay, make sure you deal with him, he will listen to you and make your visit to this dealership a great one. I have dealt with him 3 times in 6 months, and every time he has been superb, beyond expectations really. He is a straight up person, If he can do something for you, he will, but if he can't he will let you know, trust me on this. More
Used car sales manager wasted everyones time! The manager was stubborn and unwilling to budge at all from the listed price. After a long time with a wonderful sales person, I was ready to purchase the Mazda 3 used car. I wanted to seriously negotiate a reasonable price. After going back a few times, I was the only party making any reasonable compromises. My final offer was $500 away from the asking price...which they NEVER adjusted!! And I got another NO...so I walked out. With a bitter taste for Mazda of Brampton, used car sales and especially the sales manager. He never came over to meet me, show any care in my business...just sat behind the big desk that sits up high and off to the corner. I thing he should go try and get a job on a game show if that is the kind of games he wants to play. Average hard working people, who are willing to offer a fair and reasonable offer on a car that has clearly been marked up are a waste of my time. Unfortunately Mazda of Brampton...you just lost a $14, 100 cash deal on a used car! Thank you to the hard working salesman...I'm sorry you work for a stubborn, high headed man! More

Jason was polite, well-spoken and curtious. We went in to buy a used Mazda 3 hatchback and came out with two Mazda 3's - a 2014 and 2011. They added some extras to the new car we purchased and we were ov to buy a used Mazda 3 hatchback and came out with two Mazda 3's - a 2014 and 2011. I went into this quite nervous as I was buying my very first new car. Depen, offered quality service and was not pushy at all. Which is the exact opposite of what I have come to know of most car salesme first new car. Depen, offered quality service and was not pushy at all. Which is the exact opposite of what I have come to know of most car salesmen. He was very honest and worked very hard in what I considered to be a very great deal. Overall, I had a great experience at Brampton Mazda and have already recommended Depen and the dealership itself to a few of my friends. I would easily come back there to get my next car. Honestly at first I had my eyes on a 2010 Honda Accord, until I came to Mazda and meet a life changer, my salesman, Mr. Dependable. His name really does him justice. He was friendly, patient and very willing to work with on anything that my family and I could do. Depen completley changed my mind on my car choice! I was extremly happy on the deal I was getting and in the process Depen taught me a lot about the car business and some life lessons along the sale. Depen explained everything that I would be getting out of my brand new Mazda 6 Sport and I am over the moon! The deal at Honda was not nearly as great a deal I was getting at Mazda and any smart man would see that. I got my Brand New car 2014 and its not even the year yet! Im the envy of all my friends and i got a great car to help me travel from Missouri to Canada and it is all thanks to my life long friend Mr Dependable! A great Salesman and person. Thank you! More
After reading various reviews about Mazda Brampton and it's amazing sales staff, in particular Depen Bhandari, we decided to give it a try and get some details regarding a Mazda 3. As luck had it, we were it's amazing sales staff, in particular Depen Bhandari, we decided to give it a try and get some details regarding a Mazda 3. As luck had it, we were actually greeted by Depen or as he likes to call himself Mr. "Dependable" and we were given all the information necessary that convinced us to buy a car. He was very helpful and answered all our questions, and gave us the best value for the car we purchased. I would highly recommend going to him if you are interested in purchasing a Mazda from the Brampton location. More
In order to give proper magnitude to this review I’m making, I first have to explain what my opinion of new and used car salesman and dealerships in general were and why. Previous car I’ve bought was n making, I first have to explain what my opinion of new and used car salesman and dealerships in general were and why. Previous car I’ve bought was new Pontiac Vibe at Old Mill GM dealership, and I can’t describe how BAD experience that purchase was. First time new car buyer in Canada, I wasn’t aware of the “tools of the trade” that sleazy car salesman use when making a sale, so I bought into every trick of the trade. On purchase negotiation, baited than switched which cost me $500, then on delivery, I was delivered car without options I wanted and paid for and basically told (since they by then knew I don’t know much), I HAVE to take the car and they’ll refund the options I wanted and are missing in delivered one. Finally, after the trade, I was called by their used car lot, told God knows which story and basically blackmailed (again since I didn’t know my rights) to give them another $1,200 because according to them, “I’ve misrepresented value of the trade-in care so I have to pay up or I’ll be sued”. So, my opinion of the Dealerships and car salesman profession was until this purchase, mildly said – extremely low. Word SLEAZY was actually a compliment for this profession in my view. So, you can imagine that I went into this purchase with full blown hostility, distrust and even anger (since from time to time I HAVE to buy a car and deal with this people). So, that was my history, and that was my attitude walking into Mazda of Brampton. I must say, that I choose this dealership due to Google + positive reviews and due to positive reviews on http://www.dealerrater.ca/ (I thought that due to this reviews, experience might be less painful and that I would feel less exploited and cheated, nothing more than that). And now my experience of my Mazda CX 5 purchase at this dealership. This dealership and especially Mr. Depen Bhandari, my Sales & Leasing Consultant, succeeded, in few days it took to go through sale to delivery of the vehicle, no just dispel all negative notion I had of this profession, but have truly showed me, that in this line of business, TRUTHFULL, HONEST, PATIENT, really OUTSTANDING people exist. From the moment I’ve walked in, Mr. Depen (REALLY deserves Mr. Dependable nickname) has been nothing but patient with my distrustful attitude (for which now I humbly apologize once again), straight, honest, with no desire to maximize the profits at any cost, and no “sales tactics” from the beginning till the end. I have received RESPECT (although I haven’t given one), I have received FAIR price, I have received EXEMPLARY service, service of a kind I haven’t received anywhere and in any industry so far where I was a purchaser of a product. For example, I never thought that it’s even possible that salesman at the beginning of a test drive says “Sir, here are the keys, take the car, and test it where you want, however you want, how long you want, until you are sure that this is the car that fits your needs, then come back and we will discuss purchase arrangements”. I went on a test drive ALONE with my wife! And Mr. Depen has completed the purchase, the financing procedure, with not a single dime above previously stated “out of the door” price (no delivery surcharges of any kind). This was just FIRST part of my experience with this gentlemen. I’ve purchased Mazda CX 5, AWD GT with Technology Package and bike hitch, and was told that vehicle will be prepared and delivered 5 days from the purchase in afternoon hours. On the date when vehicle was supposed to be delivered, I’ve received a call from Mr. Bhandari who said that unfortunately, my hitch hasn’t arrived on time from Chicago, that my car will be ready by afternoon hours, but that I would have to make another appointment to install hitch. You can probably guess that this modification on the car delivered brought back ALL bad memories where I had to purchase and drive for years a vehicle without options I wanted. I though, and in unreasonably ANGRY text reply to Mr. Bhandari, I said that “if car isn’t grey, GT, or has Technology Package, the whole deal is off!”, fully expecting that this would be the case. In addition, I’ve said, since hitch wasn’t delivered and installed on time, I WANT IT TAKEN OFF the purchase, purchase agreement rewritten and money returned. To my FULL SURPRISE (since I was gearing for a fight, maybe even a court one), Mr. Depen Bhandari said, that there would be no problem to do as I wish if that is my choice. By the time I come to get my new car, paperwork will be done and I’ll just sign new Purchase Agreement. And that was another TRUE statement. I came, car was there, in color I wanted, with options I wanted and paperwork done. With this, Mazda of Brampton has earned lifelong customer with me and lifelong loyalty to the car brand, if the car is HALF as good as people that sell it at this place. PERIOD! For all people that even remotely consider Mazda as their next car, all my friends and relatives included, I will say, there is no other place you should check out, just go and buy a car from Mr. Dependable and enjoy it. On separate note, unlike Ford Escape 2013 which I was also considering, Mazda CX 5 is EVERYTHING company says it is, and more. So far, on my first full tank of gas (courtesy of Mazda of Brampton), in 90 to 10% City/Highway driving, I’m having 9.3L/100km Average consumption (Mazda EPA Rating for City for this car is 9.6L/100km, so I’m either bang on or under EPA rating). Everything is perfect and car gives amazing secure and sporty feeling when driving. Blind Spot Monitoring System should be mandatory for every car and work just like in this Mazda. Love the looks, love the drive, love the fuel economy, but most of all, love the way I’ve become owner of it. Thanks Mr. Depen and THANKS Mazda of Brampton! Bojan Zivkovic More
