He said wipers can freeze. But then he said car wash guys are not available so I rebooked my appointment to have car wash and oil change tire rotation done for Monday. On Monday he tells your coupon is not valid as its not will with fully annual service of 289 dollars I was so appalled at his service and his rudeness. He made me come back agin and did not honour what he said to me in Thursday. I got the oil change done but I am thinking to get my service done somewhere else. I was even thinking to trade my car for truck cx9 but I will make sure they don't get that business from me. It's a terrible place to look for any service. I even left a message for the service manager but never had anything back from her either. Service is only good until sales after that you are on your own at this place. More
Misleading / incomplete used car info Visited Mazda of Brampton looking for a Mazda 3. Salesperson (Ajeet) directed me to one that looking promising (2013 certified pre-owned with some ful Visited Mazda of Brampton looking for a Mazda 3. Salesperson (Ajeet) directed me to one that looking promising (2013 certified pre-owned with some full warranty remaining). He didn't show me any other comparable cars. Told me the car was purchased from Mazda of Brampton. The price was non-negotiable but seemed fair based on what I was told and what else I saw at other dealerships. When I returned to pick up the car the manager told me the car was a daily rental!! This was the first I heard of this. After some consideration I decided to go through with the purchase. When the car was brought around I was told there was only one key/remote. I thought this sad unusual however the salesman said most of their cars were sold with only one set of keys! This hasn't been my experience but by this time I just wanted to get out of there and never return. My advice is to make a list of all items important to you and have the dealer sign off before agreeing to purchase. And if you get stuck with only one set of jets don't ask them for a second set (that they probably have in a drawer some place) that they will over charge you for. Look up locksmiths on Kijiji and get a set from them at a third of the price Mazda wants. I emailed the dealership with my complaint but didn't receive any reply. Poor after sales service and misleading sales practices. Keep away. More
Very Dishonest I contacted Mazda of Brampton about a 2013 CX9. I was put in touch with Noli (salesperson) via email as that was how I had contacted them. Both Noli a I contacted Mazda of Brampton about a 2013 CX9. I was put in touch with Noli (salesperson) via email as that was how I had contacted them. Both Noli and myself came to an agreement about the price for the vehicle and I then drove to the dealership to pick up my new truck. To my surprise once I arrived, Noli had prepared the wrong vehicle. I showed Noli all of our emails and the corresponding number. Noli admitted it was his mistake. I then said I wanted the vehicle we had agreed upon via emails and phone calls but the dealership would not honour it. The price difference was $1500 approximate and they wanted to charge me for that. I could not believe it. More

Excellent Management I dealt with Curtis Biggs (Sales Manager) with a small issue that was left out on my contract. He fixed it even though it was going to cost him and I I dealt with Curtis Biggs (Sales Manager) with a small issue that was left out on my contract. He fixed it even though it was going to cost him and I had already signed the contract. He is extremely polite and well mannered person, I was still going to deal with him for my future car needs even if he did not fix the issue, he is just that type of guy. I can't say enough good things about him as it will be a long essay, make sure you deal with him, he will listen to you and make your visit to this dealership a great one. I have dealt with him 3 times in 6 months, and every time he has been superb, beyond expectations really. He is a straight up person, If he can do something for you, he will, but if he can't he will let you know, trust me on this. More
Used car sales manager wasted everyones time! The manager was stubborn and unwilling to budge at all from the listed price. After a long time with a wonderful sales person, I was ready to purchase the Mazda 3 used car. I wanted to seriously negotiate a reasonable price. After going back a few times, I was the only party making any reasonable compromises. My final offer was $500 away from the asking price...which they NEVER adjusted!! And I got another NO...so I walked out. With a bitter taste for Mazda of Brampton, used car sales and especially the sales manager. He never came over to meet me, show any care in my business...just sat behind the big desk that sits up high and off to the corner. I thing he should go try and get a job on a game show if that is the kind of games he wants to play. Average hard working people, who are willing to offer a fair and reasonable offer on a car that has clearly been marked up are a waste of my time. Unfortunately Mazda of Brampton...you just lost a $14, 100 cash deal on a used car! Thank you to the hard working salesman...I'm sorry you work for a stubborn, high headed man! More

Jason was polite, well-spoken and curtious. We went in to buy a used Mazda 3 hatchback and came out with two Mazda 3's - a 2014 and 2011. They added some extras to the new car we purchased and we were ov to buy a used Mazda 3 hatchback and came out with two Mazda 3's - a 2014 and 2011.
