Worst service department I went there for my car service. I explained them about a noise from front tire ( grinding noise). They could not even find a problem. Still after 5 months of continuous complaints, those bunch of idiots can not find a problem of where the noise is coming from. Please do not go there for any service. More

I got my 2016 CX5 CPO car just 4 mos ago and the wheelbearing is gone already because the front wheel was impacted before i even got the car.. The sales department denied it so i have to pay to replaced it ... So sad for a LOYAL customer that i had to experience this kind of situation. This is my second car from them but trusting is not worth it! So lesson learned from me! DON'T just trust what they say, you have to check everything! Learn from my mistake guys!
