Wow, what a difference that makes to the whole buying experience. The rest of the staff were also very friendly and easy to talk with. Our purchase also came with a few perks and a full tank of gas (not often given at other dealerships). We would recommend this dealership to our friends without hesitation. More

Not a good dealership for service Sent my Honda Pilot today for an oil change which took 2 hours to finish. Got a call it's done but can't do the car wash as the person doing the wash Sent my Honda Pilot today for an oil change which took 2 hours to finish. Got a call it's done but can't do the car wash as the person doing the wash is sick. If this is the case Marv Honda should offer a car wash stub from a nearby gas station as part of the service. Honda Westwood and Honda Vancouver did it during my previous service when there was a car wash ban. They made sure that the vehicle will be returned back to the customer clean and neat. If Marv Honda has been in the dealership for long years why can't they follow the good customer service being practiced by others. More

Great Dealership I went to other dealerships and spoke to other salesmen and wasn't very happy with any of them. Then I saw Derek Magennis on the Marv Jones website an I went to other dealerships and spoke to other salesmen and wasn't very happy with any of them. Then I saw Derek Magennis on the Marv Jones website and sent him an email. I got a response very quickly and late that night we made arrangement to come in and see him the next afternoon what was to be his day off. My wife & I bought a new Fit & Civic and couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. I highly recommend this Dealership and Derek if you're looking to buy a new car. More
Horrible Service Department I bought a new Honda at Marv Jones Honda Maple Ridge and brought the car in for its first service. All that was required of them was a simple oil cha I bought a new Honda at Marv Jones Honda Maple Ridge and brought the car in for its first service. All that was required of them was a simple oil change. I leave my car there for the oil change and get a phone call from them about an hour later saying they have had an accident with my car. When a real mechanic does an oil change there are three safety factors one puts into place. Have the car in park, put on the emergency brake and put a block behind a tire. You only need to do one of these factors to be safe but apparently this is beyond Marv Jones Honda. Its very insulting to be in there show room with all these awards of service excellence plastered all over the walls, when they cant even do an oil change without having a customers car roll back into a pole. Then they sent me a service notice that my locks may freeze in the winter not allowing them to work properly so I should bring the car in for the fix to be done. It was a hot June day when I brought my car in with all the door locks working perfectly. When I picked up my car after they did the lock modification half the locks no longer worked on my car. Lots more apologise and leave your car with us some more and will fix it. LOL anyway needless to say I drive my car a much further distance and get my cars routine and warranty maintenance done at a real Car repair place. More
