LOVE HONDAS! We have had a few Honda cars in a row & had bought from Marv Jones before but had moved away. By chance, I stopped into this dealership again & Jessic We have had a few Honda cars in a row & had bought from Marv Jones before but had moved away. By chance, I stopped into this dealership again & Jessica made me feel confident dealing with them even though I now lived out of town. She tirelessly gave me numerous quotes & let me try a variety of options. She even let us test drive our best choices to our out of town location as I was concerned with the size fitting into our new driveway shared with others in our home. She follows up readily by text, which I like, and email as needed. With all the new technology in the car, she could bring it down to our level so we could understand the great assets in the new cars. We were able to get all our questions answered and the financing desired with a 3 month no payment option since we were going away for a long period of time before using the car. We especially loved the finance Department help! We love our new Honda Civic Touring! More

Wow not good at all Took my new Honda that I purchased there for it's first oil change. I get a call an hour later we've had an accident with your car. I know we brag about great service but our tech never put your vehicle in park, never engaged the emergency brake or put a block behind one of the tires. Ooops sorry. They sent me a service bulletin re locks possibly jamming and icing up during winter conditions. I brought my car in with perfectly good working locks in June to get the recall fix done on my car. I get home and know one of my locks no longer worked. Oooops sorry. Then from Jason Mathot sales manager at Marv Jones I get an email stating he is going to mail me a $500 cheque his exact words on June 28 2017 " I'm mailing you a cheque tomorrow" Well Aug 12th 2017 and still no cheque. Horrible repair service and even worse customer service. There is no reason to shop here. More

They really put a bad taste in my mouth- sleazy salesmen. They tried to pressure us and were dishonest. They told us that we should take what they had and it would be difficult to get the trim/colour we wanted. There was a lot of back and forth and frustrating negotiation- dishonest and high pressure. We said we would think about it, went home and called some other dealers. We got exactly what we wanted elsewhere, and they were fantastic to deal with. More
