First time in Ford dealership and will not buy Ford vehicle! I called this dealership to ask about the Ford Explorer Platinum and specific moonroof/sunroof questions and was told that they can be operated separa I called this dealership to ask about the Ford Explorer Platinum and specific moonroof/sunroof questions and was told that they can be operated separately. I explained it to them in detail and was told that yes the back can be opened (i.e you see the sky) without opening the front. This made us consider this vehicle and wasted so much of our time and effort because after weeks of waiting - we saw one in it and they cannot be operated separately! I also called to ask if we can test drive the 2016 Ford Explorer Platinum and that is the only one we want to see and was told yes they have it. We rushed to see it (because it was Friday and they close early). Then we were told that they donot have it but they have lower trims. After another week I saw on the Ford Canada extended inventory online that there is one and then I called them and I spoke to a Damien. I went the next day and there was none (Damien was not there as I did not book an appointment). Another waste of time! I will not buy Ford ever! Especially from this dealership. More
