The only redeeming thing about the service at this dealership was the young lady at the service desk. The rest of the experience was at best lousy. The other person at the desk was rude. I took it here as I had a difficult problem and I thought they’d be able to pinpoint it, they didn’t but they just lined up stuff that they said needed changing and frankly it was untrue. I turned down a lot of what they suggested. I then took to a mechanic I was confident was good and would not rip me off, he refuted everything the Subaru techs suggested. Save yourself frustration and $$$, take you vehicle to a reliable HONEST mechanic and stay away from here. More
