QX50 Lease gone wrong - never again!!!!!!!!!!! After seeing some new photos of the new & recently released Infinti QX50 2019, I emailed Infinti Brampton and Markham. I visited Brampton and they gav After seeing some new photos of the new & recently released Infinti QX50 2019, I emailed Infinti Brampton and Markham. I visited Brampton and they gave me some rough numbers on a 4 year lease. A day later, Colin from Infinti Markham reached out to me and asked me if I was still interested in the QX50. I told him that I was dealing with Infinti Brampton and he indicated that he could provide better pricing. He gave me a lease term and asked his Sales Manager to call me. After 2 hours, VJ called me and gave me a good term. I had told him that I was very interested and for him to email me the deal so that I didn't waste time going through the deal with the sales agent or that they would bait and switch me. He refused to send it via email as this was a 'once in blue moon' type of deal and he did not want me to try matching it somewhere else; the deal was firm pending my signature. I said that is fine and told him to have the car ready for me to test drive and that I did not want to spend time negotiating the terms when I arrived. I let Colin know as well that I was coming the day before and he was aware of terms as well. After arriving at the dealership (driving from Etobicoke), I was given another sales agent by the name of Yung (who was very friendly and wanted to help as much as he could). I spent the next 30 minutes waiting for a test drive - apparently another customer took the new QX50 out for a drive and spent a lot of time testing it (even though they had 3-4 units outside.. ) - how do you only have 1 test car to drive for your new product you are trying to push? You are a dealership? I was quite frustrated at this point. After our test drive, I waited another 10 minutes for Yung to complete a bill of sale after I had told him I already provided the numbers I was comfortable with on the lease; he was also managing 2 different clients at the same time, meanwhile there are 6 people in offices on Facebook and Youtube doing absolutely nothing. He came back after speaking to VJ and gave me a bill of sale that included a $800 Admin fee and $600 paint fee (for the basic black paint), as well as completely different lease terms we had discussed. I decided at this point to leave and take my business elsewhere. Their sales manager called me while I was on the highway driving back home and offered me a better rate but at this point, I did not want to do any further business with this dealership. To the GM at this location: you need to hire competent sales managers, increase your sales staff and get people out of offices; Yung was VERY helpful and I really wish I could do business with him in the future. This experience was completely unacceptable and wasted 2 days of my time. I took my business to Audi Downtown and bought a Q5 at a better price point. More

We were taken down a road with numerous bumps and he said "Please drive over them to feel the suspension". Nothing was hidden and the car was ready when promised along with a tank of gas. The car was cleaned so well inside and out that I felt I had a new car. Any rock chips that I noticed on the car were all touched up and and even the tires were shined. Nothing seemed to be spared with the safety. Sure glad I purchased from a reputable dealer like Markham Infiniti rather than the sketchy used car dealerships I had visited the day before. Jay was full of energy, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend him. More

Fabulous! After having such a distasteful experience looking for a car by the time we walked into Markham Infiniti, we just wanted it to be over! Enter, Kristen and Ahmed.... they were amazing, super empathetic, listened to what we were looking for and offered a suggestion that we hadn’t considered, which was to buy a new vehicle rather than pre owned. It was refreshing to know that there are real authentic sales and service professionals in this industry, I had almost lost hope and was so over the old school mentality of scripted sales, the ego’s , the hierarchy of going back and forth to a manager’s office and those endless hours of being held captive in a dealers office after just wanting to look at a few vehicles. I want all of those hours back! I digress...we had an absolutely fun and fantastic experience from start to finish, with Kristen (sales) and Ahmed’s (manager) approach, client service and expertise . That said without hesitation, I would highly recommend Markham Infiniti, in fact all that we came in contact there were also on point and really welcoming.
