Despite spelling my name, address and phone number over the phone I noticed there were a number of corrections required when I received my automated email that contained my scheduled appointment info had my phone number completely wrong, address incorrect even my last name spelled wrong. I went to the hassle of creating an account, changing the password, and making corrections, but that took a lot of time I should have had to spend. The other thing was I was told it would take 6 hours to change the two airbags. Okay, that's understandable, I have no idea how long something like that would take. So, if I needed the car ready for mid afternoon I came to the conclusion I'd have to drive it there the night before. So, my wife and I did that and it took about 40 mins to do so. But, the next morning, I get a call at 9:30am that it was all done. If it could have been done that quickly I would have dropped it off on my way downtown in the morning at 9am and picked it up when I returned midafternoon. Neither of these things are the end of the world... But, if you are looking for a 5-star rating, there is where you can improve. More

Experience at Markham Honda Staffs are courteous, pleasant, professional, especially the young gentleman who worked at the Front when I walked in for my service.
