She will make sure I do understand the type of service that will be done for my car and explain in a knowledgable and professional manner on why the service is needed when I was in doubt. She will further make sure the service is done in a reasonable amount of time. You can feel that she is doing her job with passion. Service was performed as required and on time Lawrence did a wonderful job writing up the work order (as usual) and explained all the required work and charges.
