Service was performed as required and on time Lawrence did a wonderful job writing up the work order (as usual) and explained all the required work and charges. The estimated time was 3 hours and Lawrence did a wonderful job writing up the work order (as usual) and explained all the required work and charges. The estimated time was 3 hours and they were accurate. As I was unable to wait, a shuttle took me home. The driver Don was a wonderful guy and we had a great conversation going and coming back to the dealership.
