Honesty and integrity are very important when it comes to car maintenance because a lot of consumers are not able to physically see all issues. Lawrence continues to provide these qualities in his customer service. With my previous Honda vehicles, I have been to other dealerships closer to home and service advisors will lie in order to increase the total bill: each time I went to get second opinions from reputable non dealer mechanics and they indicated the issues were non existent. That is why I rather drive further as Lawrence has restored my faith in going to a genuine Honda dealer to service my vehicle. I also appreciate the dealer rewards program. More
