Service dept. for oil change I called initially to book appointment but Maggie was able to accommodate me by letting me walk in on same day. She estimated 1-1.5 hours wait and it was correct. Alvin at the service desk was friendly. Waiting area could use a facelift and complimentary bottled water like other places would be a plus. One tiny nuisance was that my car was parked and the emergency brakes was on. I have never used emergency brake and drove my can a short distance when the van started beeping. Didn't know what the problem was. Went back to service to ask, and was told. I don't think it's necessary to put emergency brakes on. Could have caused damage to vehicle. More

Bad service and attitude Was greeted nicely when I went in, by the time we were talking about purchasing a car they took our licence and credit card to the manager to see if t Was greeted nicely when I went in, by the time we were talking about purchasing a car they took our licence and credit card to the manager to see if the deal would go in, Later on the manager came over and we talked about what sort of deal her could offer, we didn't accept and just wanted to leave. The manager kept throwing other deals at us and we kept rejecting and just wanted to leave. The manager got fed up and started giving us attitude, after another 20 minutes he was just pissed and finally decided to give back our licence and credit card. Felt very forced to purchase a car I wanted in the beginning, I would not recommend this place to family or friends. More
