Horrible service Went into see ano advisor to talk about my car that was giving me some trouble. I felt very much neglected and insulted by the advisor. At first I got great customer service from the store. However; once I met up with the service advisor he insulted me and gave me the hardest time there. I will not be going back there forsure. I was delt by syed. I would like some compensation. He was not willing to work with me. He kept telling me he knows better than me cause he's worked there for ages. Keeping him there the dealership is costing themselves customers. Highly frustrated and disappointed. He also made me feel unwanted and that he did not want my business. I hope thato the service department deals with syed and any other advisors that feel they have the right to chose which customers they want. As well as whjch customers deserve what kind of treatement. As his behavior was upsetting and in a rude manner. Upset customer . More

B Service + Brake Job Overall, the dealership did a good job. Tim was very service minded and friendly to work with. My car was back in great shape. I originally brought my civic in for a brake job, plus it was almost due for B service so I figured I should just do that too. I had no idea how expensive a brake job would be... the labour was about 4x the cost of the parts themselves. Seems outrageous to me. Maybe I should switch jobs and become a mechanic. The gentleman driving the shuttle in the morning was a pleasure to talk to. He got me to work quickly, and was friendly and talkative. The gentleman who picked me up from work was a different story. He was not interested in talking at all, was not very friendly, and just genuinely seemed like he hated his job. More
