Service department was ONE person on my first visit,where John who lacked interpersonal skills at best was present to deal with me.Funny thing,a service tech.who did a quick review of my serious failure was so personable! Since the car would need to stay over night to allow their tech.to take a day to diagnose,and repair the issue,I needed a loaner.John said there's a rental company he can have bring me a car,but there's no loaner for non Marino purchased cars. Fantastic,I am now driving a dangerous vehicle back home where I make some calls just out of curiousity. Contacted Richmond Hill Subaru,and Downtown Subaru to see if they offered loaners before setting ANY service appointment.Well, both dealerships didn't care if you bought a car from them,and if warranted,would give you a loaner! WHY wouldn't any dealership offer a loaner if a car's in warranty when service is the bread and butter of their business. A car is likely the second largest investment for many, be careful who you spend your time,and money with.
